Mardi Gras is over, your face has been surely stuffed with beignets (and the powdery evidence of same is quite evident), and now it's time for.....
St. Padraig's Day! (Or, if you will- St. Patrick's Day-- Yes, I am part Irish, IRL, so I do have a little pride, here-- And no, I'm not Irish only on the 17th of March, but this really happens to be part of my heritage, along with French and German ancestry.)
So... For this ever-green-and-gold day, I have yet another Writing Challenge. :)
So, I hear, WHAT IS IT, MAN! SPEAK UP! :D Well, then.....
Same rules as before, of course-- Three keywords, can be any kind of story, of any length, any rating, just that I don't expect the obvious- Be creative and surprise me! It doesn't even have to be related to the theme/reason for the Challenge, and there's no expiration date. :)
But, then... What ARE the keywords?
Glad you asked! :)
This will seem obvious, but...run with it... ;)
FOX GOLD LUCK
Ayep- How predictable, right? Like I said, surprise me! ;)
Below is a list of past and current Challenges, with links to all submissions for each.
The next challenge will be for after the Spring Equinox, but before Easter, with a rather unusual selection for the species keyword-- Stay tuned for more! :)
It shouldn't be too difficult to use this for Moon Rabbit, depending on where the story wanders. Hopefully, I'll be able to work in the keywords so they're useful to the story instead of just tacked on just so the Part can fit into the Challenge.

True, but you know I'm gonna throw a few curveballs in the challenge-- Bilby for the Easter challenge, for example, and I do intend on having in later challenges (haven't decided when, just yet- Some of my planning is already going out to my birth moon, and that's not untill Fall!) will have a lepti definitely, and maybe a solenodon, as well as one free-for-all, that I'll get into at a later time... ;)

It isn't really supposed to be, which is why I only have just a few very basic rules, and not anything more complicated than that. I want it to be fun, particularly to do something on Inkbunny, which is still young and not as nearly as organised a userbase as it is on FA and SoFurry. The Challenge is inspired by poetigress 's Thursday Prompt, but unlike her prompt phrase, I use keywords, and I center the Challenges on calendar events, rather than Thursdays. :) Yes, it's "anything goes", as long as something is done with the suggested keywords, and that I don't expect the obvious. The context and subject matter is up to you, the writer. Length doesn't matter- Just have fun with it! :)
I'll be reading the story shortly. Not into violence, but like I said, I don't care what the context is, as long as it meets the few requirements for the Challenge. :) I've actually been expecting a story like this, which does please me.
And welcome, new writer, to the Writing Challenge! I look forward to any further submissions as time goes on. :)
