Don't know if it's just me but with the latest version of Pokemon hentai version(Jan 30 2016) if the game is launched via the Game.exe the menu doesn't work if set on the ESC button. Works perfectly if launched through the .SWF file though si I don't know if it's a problem with Flash player 8 or something to do with that. Figured out it does work if you set it to another button though(I used Backspace)
