Character Description
Personality
Wrongly believing herself to be some new or undiscovered form of fairy and actually being just a human, she often adopts fairy habits and pretends to be fearful of things that kill fairies though the rule of the fairy she claims to be keep changing and don't even match any current fairies. Known as the local usurper and for good reason, she's always trying to seduce men, especially ones she can't have. Though often very nice and friendly ,she's not to be trusted, as she has a habit of stabbing people in the back to get what she wants. Though she's mean to them, her two friends Jing and Jeadway tolerate her and follow her every word, though they are more like her keepers. Lazy and arrogant, she feels entitled and expects others to dote on her. Pretty and knowing it, she loves beautiful things and hates dirt and mess or nice things getting broken. However in terms of people she couldn't care less, unless she wants something from you and then she can be extra nice but pushy and persuasive
Background/History
Bard turned up in Altwater out of nowhere one day claiming to have traveled from far to the east following a shining star. Ever since she showed up however she's been no end of trouble trying to steal people's husbands away. She was eventually chased out of town by a horde of angry wives and now she lives in a hut near the edge of the forest. People still visit her from time to time for her rare medicines and magic charms though they are mostly made by her two friends Jing and Jeadway who live with her. Bard hopes to one day be accepted as a fairy and be able to live in the fairy realm. She's unfortunately just a deluded human with a fairy obsession.
Relatives/Family
Travelling to Altwater from far in the east with her two best friends Jing and Jeadway, she left everything behind including her family, though judging by Bard's current reputation, it's more likely she was kicked out rather than left of her own accord.
World/Setting
set in a fictional world much like medieval Europe, there are various mythological creatures around including fairies and undead as well as humans. Humans tend to live with their own kind and only interfere with fairy kind when they want something. Fairies however tend to visit the human world uninvited though most don't cause any trouble unless provoked. Undead however are little troublemakers and disliked by both sides as they are a pest to everyone. In the land of Neoursheir, humans and fairies have lived quite happily alongside each other by keeping to their own kind, however the introduction of undead to the area has caused a stir, especially as they aren't interested in keeping out of other people's business.
