Personality
Reserved and kind-hearted, Hast is a loving motherly figure to the fairies. Patient but rather slow and also being kinda grey and wrinkly she's acquired the nickname Granny. A powerful healer and user of spells with positive effects, she's often sought out by humans and fairies alike in times of need. However Nag is tired of the trope of being the old medicine woman and loves to let her hair down and engage in fun activities, after all she's only 27 and Nags are eternally young under their wrinkly skin. Often naughty but ultimately meaning no harm she can be a real minx and can be cheeky and sassy at times. Though very slow in movement she's also very quick in wits and can be very persuasive. Though physically strong she has little stamina and often leaves work up to others. However she can be stubbornly dedicated to a task and she's often an invaluable member to a team in many ways though often not in the sense of combat.
Background/History
Hast grew up in a pro-fairy human community that traveled around Neoursheir. Though they pretended to be an entirely human community they were harboring Nags in disguise. One day the group got too big to survive together and split into two groups. Later the group Hast wasn't a part of was found to be harboring Nags by a community of god-fearing villagers and was attacked by the villagers with many of the elderly members being tried as witches and warlocks and killed, even those that weren't, despite the fact that not all Nags appear old in human form. Hast's group decided it best to escape into the forest and head for the fairy world to seek shelter with the fairies assuming they would protect the humans to return the favor for the humans protecting the Nags in the human world. However Hast and several other Nags disapproved of abandoning their comrads and ventured to the town to wage war on the villagers. After a clever plan they rounded up the villagers but instead of punishing them they exposed the lies the priests had spun the villagers and turned the people of the village against the instigators of the witch hunt. Though everything came to a satisfactory end, the Nags had to go into hiding to avoid the priests as they returned with witch hunters. The Nags sought refuge in the fairy realm where the witch hunters dared not tread lest they be attacked by an onslaught of vengeful fairies. Though Hast's traveler community was never implicated in the events she dare not return for risk of putting her fellow travelers in danger. She's lived in the fairy world for a few years now and already has a reputation as a motherly figure to the young fairies, but she still likes to visit the human world, especially Altwater which is pro-fairy.
Relatives/Family
Her folks live in the traveler community she used to belong to but she dare not go back in case she puts her friends at the mercy of the witch hunters. The children of the fairy realm are much like her own kids to her however and she's quite content.
World/Setting
set in a fictional world much like medieval Europe, there are various mythological creatures around including fairies and undead as well as humans. Humans tend to live with their own kind and only interfere with fairy kind when they want something. Fairies however tend to visit the human world uninvited though most don't cause any trouble unless provoked. Undead however are little troublemakers and disliked by both sides as they are a pest to everyone. In the land of Neoursheir, humans and fairies have lived quite happily alongside each other by keeping to their own kind, however the introduction of undead to the area has caused a stir, especially as they aren't interested in keeping out of other people's business.
Body
covered in dark green wrinkly skin with grey dreadlocks-like hair made of snakes and yellow eyes.
Clothing
dull peach-colored plain dress and wrist bands.
Accessories
often carries a scepter made of sapling tree trunks that twist and bind together around multiple large red elliptic jewels.

blame sexist king James

he only killed female people who were accused of witchcraft and not men
he had an Oedipus complex about his elderly mother and decided to kill all the elderly women he could find to curb his sexual frustration
