It's been a minute since we checked in on the trailer wolves. Let's see what they're up to...
MAE (screaming for no reason; at WolfMom): "MOM!"
MAE: "Lupe says you're famous, and we're gonna be rich!"
LUPE (excited; to WolfMom): "Check it out, Mom---your photo is trending! You're a meme!"
("WolfMom Says: Clean Your Room!" "WolfMom Says: Eat Your Butter Beans!" "WolfMom Says: Eight O'clock, Time for Bed!" "WolfMom Says: Justice for Peanut!")
WOLFMOM (amused): "Heh! Cute, but I don't like the picture"
LUPE (with visions of sugarplums): "That doesn't matter, Mom---the internet loves it! We need to capitalize: T-shirts! Mugs! Beach towels! Maybe even pencils!"
WOLFMOM (sarcastic): "WolfMom says it DOES matter. Take it down"
LUPE (pleading): "No! Mom! Listen!"
WOLFMOM (matter-of-fact): "I'm really thinking of you cubs and our privacy. Now, go stand in the corner until supper!"
MAE (to reader): "Remember kids: always do what WolfMom Says!"
Indeed, we should all listen to the wolf mom, lest we find ourselves standing in the corner. ^^
Pencil...
The featured pencil is an early 1900s 'Commerce' specimen from Eberhard Faber. Ours has a long ferrule with a mostly smooth barrel. Though it's graded as a No. 3 pencil, its line is fairly dark. Though I didn't use this pencil to draw the cartoon, I signed the cartoon with the pencil. As may be noticed, there's no appreciable difference (for reference, I drew this cartoon with a #2 'Quill' pencil from Milbro).
I've not forgotten the popples, though I did ruin the comic I was drawing (which is a few pages long). I've since become too unmotivated to re-bother, but I'll be over it soon. :3
Wolfmom don't play. I think she could straighten out almost all the cubs in the neighborhood... even Tasli. When you are the parent of a pack of wolf cubs, you learn a thing or two and can practically mother anyone.
Look out, everyone! Wolfmom's coming for you!
Yes mo- I'm mean ma'am. Wolfmom don't play. I think she could straighten out almost all the cubs i
