An amusing idea that popped into my head after abruptly waking up from a dream. I saw a cute image of kyaw in my mind. I quickly came up with the idea of Kyaw crushing on fox boy Corey from the Quizzy comic created by
. So I ran it by them and they gave me their blessing.
Corey is standing in the hallway daydreaming about his Uber crush Isabelle L. McIntosh. He is blushing and looking sauve here because he is imagining him and Izzy's first date (mind you he can barely say good morning to her without turning into a fluttery mess). Izzy is saying "Hey Corey, ready for our first date?". Those familiar with the Quizzy comic should feel right at home with this scenario, its very Corey-like. Unbeknownst to 9 year old Corey he has his own little devotee in one "Kyaw Even Bits", the 6 year old fairy boy who is completely obsessed with all things "boy" (he's very effeminate and he's the only boy in his family of 6, his mother, his aunt, and his 3 female cousins, so boys are just really awesome and different to him). Kyaw is really in love with the fact that Corey is a 4th grader and is therefore even more boyish than the boys his own age. Kyaw is kinda overwhelmed and love-drunk by this and may have his inhibitions lowered as a result (normally very shy). Corey is in "danger" of a random snug from behind by this little stranger ... :p
I'm most happy with how Corey came out. I managed to successfully translate the character into my style in a way that feels completely natural. This is also one of the best pictures/poses of Kyaw I've ever drawn. The only weakness is Izzy who looks a little generic here. It was my first attempt to capture her particular charm. She also wasn't the focus and was added last minute. Still, some of her specialness was captured I think. The most important thing for me however was to at least get Corey and Kyaw right.
Note that this scenario could never be canonical as it's anachronistic. Kyaw Even Bits is born in 1980 and would be 6 in 1986 (the year Bits&Bobs mainly begins. This is Kyaw's kindergarten year when he meets Sven Odd Bobs for the first time). Corey on the other hand was born in 2010 and is 9 when his story begins in 4th grade, meaning the year would be 2019. Kyaw would actually be 39 in 2019, not 6. Still I really liked this idea and I have no qualms with non-canon art once in a while as long as it's made note of.
Note that I added a rose tinted version to sort of express Kyaws lovey dovey state of mind, an a "vanilla" one for ease of viewing. Take your pick.
Of course, I still wonder what Corey's reaction would be. Mine woulda been something like... "oh, hey, kid *trying not to let this kid jump into my lap and break my izzy boner as it is currently activated* Um... Where're your parents, heh?"

He'd probably just say something naive and innocent like "you too? oh I get those alot, like everyday, (still tries to sit in your lap) don't worry ill be careful ... anyweys back to what I was saying I think you should come over my house and play. I've got lots of toys and stuff Aminals you'd like, I could probably beat you at Tetris if you'd like ..." lol

Naturally, I wouldn't expect anything less of Corey, he is a decent sorta kid, but Kyaw has no such sensabilities. He's kinda a parenting experiment gone wrong. I'll explain in more detail (background spoilers) in pm instead of here. Let's just say he has a very liberal upbringing, almost to an irresponsible degree.

Well being that Kyaw is a boy (despite how girly he may act) he would totally understand and not want to hurt you. Honestly Corey is already being nicer than most boys his age probably would be.
Lastly, just to be clear, Kyaw isn't making a pass at Corey. Although he is a frisky little guy that's not his primary motivation. All he really wants is a little love and attention. Hes looking for company, to be able to relate to other boys (as best he can), and for physical affection. All he wants is to talk and be in close proximity (fur-to-fur contact). Beyond that he has no further desire (at least consciously). If anything he's probably just thrilled that as a boy he can relate to you on that (hard ons), although his are very different (primal, unconscious, autocratic, and emotionally directed without any clear goal).
