Who are these two, ill leave you to decide (no spoilers). I drew them because I'm gonna need them for page 4 of the BTBF comic (yes its still going).
Im pretty pleased with how this turned out. Believe it or not ... I sometimes have a hard time designing characters. Nothing pops into my head and Im not sure what I'm going for. It usually comes together kinda accidently as I draw and modify it (there are some exceptions to this. Sometimes I get a flash of inspiration outta nowhere, especially from dreams. That's the only time I can actually see whole works of art in my minds eye. Otherwise its very vague). I like how grungy and disaffected these two look. There's some misery and disappointment here for sure. I like the shirt patterns, they really helped to make these characters stand out for me. They look kinda vintage (70s clothing) although this is gonna be their appearance in 1989 at the beginning of the story (guess they are kinda set in their ways or something). Obviously they are both chipmunks, so there is an obvious implication. But you'll have to wait to get the full story. As usual there are clues.
