List of most popular furries of Inkbunny

The furry fandom has gone through different stages and today is more present than ever in the world and, like it or not, is gaining importance and spot light. Everyday there is new content, everyday there are more furries and constantly appear new artists.

I wanted to contribute doing something with what I have at paw that could help in the future for furries that seek knowledge about the furry fandom that is a world we all together keep alive. This also could help future researchs that would help them understand more the fandom.

My List of most popular furries of Inkbunny

Why inkbunny? Because is one of the 3 most important furry focused sites of the world. I already gave some explanation about it here: https://inkbunny.net/j/412988-Darkinian-inkbunnys-impor... This site has more importance than some imagine.

Why do this? Adding to my previous reasons, I consider is important mention some those who currently helped a lot keep alive the furry world. In some ways these people can be considered as "influencers" and gave a lot fun and happiness to the furry community with their content. Also wanted do this for the lack of this kind of info and the best one I found was outdated and not even very related to inkbunny. Finally I also did this because I am a cat and was curious.

Some things to know before see The List:

- This info I mostly got it using the random list of the top 250 active users with the "Members" button.

- The List is NOT 100% accurate. The members list only offers show the 250 top ACTIVE users, in other words many popular people don't appear there for time to time. Some I had to search them more directly but is very hard find them all in normal ways, but I can assure most of them are in The List. (If you know someone is missing that should appear here, please put it in the comments)

Tip: If the system of the site considers someone isn't active enough, no matter how many watchers they have, they wont appear in the 250 top list. Example: Aogami, an incredibly popular furry artist, didn't appeared in the top 250 random list when I gathered this info.

One more note: anyone over 1k can be considered as popular, just this list of "most populars" considers above 7k.

You're popular, just you aren't currently over 7k that is the lowest ammount I considered for this list.
I'm a bit popular because of my game Cub Eternal but I only reached recently the 1k
4k watchers is very good too.

I believe you misunderstood. This list is about "the most populars" that dont means people under 7k isnt popular. In fact anyone above 1k can be considered as popular. Is just that I decided fr the list of Most popular would be over 7k or the list would been much bigger.

I know usually talk about popularity numbers is not a good thing, but in this case was for research reasons that could help some in the future with their own findings.

Sadly some focus so much on popularity and become toxic because of it. Any kind of power feeling is able to corrupt some... but isnt the case of everyone. I even chatted with some of this list and they are wonderful persons.

Oh I never intended to make a contest or I would put first, second and third place and medals xd. But I considered was important make this list because help us a bit to know certain aspects of the site and also is a way to recognize those that with their hard work gave a lot joy to the furry community.

It is telling and very sad that authors don't occupy any of those places.  No one cares for something that takes more than three seconds to take in.  Squirrelfox had two or three thousand, but half their gallery was art commissions.  Draconicon had aroud 800 last I checked, but he has to put out like a machine to keep the tally that high.

Interesting. I remember a time when I cared about my numbers, I think I was in the top 10. So many awesome artists popped up and knocked me way down. :D all good, just means I need to actually upload more!

Also funny I'm watching, like, 90% of this list.

a blessing and a curse I guess, I feel bad that the list may lead people to think some artists are better than others, I'm a hobbyist not a professional artist, I don't do what I do for a living, while others in the list do.

I gain a bit of money that I use for improve in a few things and recently for my first commission ever... but the game is mostly a hobby too for myself. I just wanted give people a chance to get their characters in a game and make them happy. I know the dream of many is to appear in a game and I opened that chance.
I just do this for make people happy ^w^
