I'm not sure if there is a hosted AI service that provides all the requested information. Perchance comes close, but there is still uncertainty about what model it uses, etc. Some scripts which use its AI image plugin plugin also add prompts to those you provide, and these have included artist names.
It isn't on IB to validate specific AI service providers; the onus is on you as the submitter to provide the required information and verify that the tools and models are available for self-use. If the service doesn't do that, and if you can't get them to do so through their own support channels, it won't be possible for you to meet our requirements, and therefore you can't post output from their service here.

If you ban someone, you won't get notifications if they +fav your work, in line with what it is intended to stop (communication). We don't stop the actual +fav as doing so would encourage the use of alternate accounts and they might then be more inclined to contact you again, circumventing the ban.
