Loyal and follows her own rules as a chef. She is very good friends with Bearsie hailing from the same area as her, but has a rivalry with Myra.

Background/History
Mimsy came from the same area as Bearsie did, but moved to Twilight City where she was unwillingly involved in a casino heist causing her to be turned into a Penitatas. She was chosen like everyone else by Tina Fox to live with Bethesda on her new Sanctuary License.
World/Setting
It's been 5 years since so called "War to End all Wars" and there has been no need for heroes for 4 years
Body
Mimsy is a snow white cat with a long white tail with a white tip (I know it defeats the purpose of it)
Clothing
Mimsy wears an almost full set of Chef's Clothing (sans the hat and the shoes). She also wears a Panda Hat.
Accessories
She wears her Penitatas Collar, which never comes off.
