To save her life, she was subjected to age regression, becoming a Medico Penitatas. Though she retained her skills and memories, her physical form was reduced to that of a six-year-old.
After her recovery, Sangria dedicated herself to maintaining her warrior spirit despite her new form. Her commitment caught the attention of the Pussyfoot Ninjas, who valued her combat skills and strategic thinking. Recognizing her potential, they made her the liaison between the Pussyfoot Ninjas and the Heroes of the Penitatas.
