my guess is it would depend on the soul as even if they don't worship a chaos god if they follow that gods ethos they likely get draged into there sphere in death, the corupt are claimed by corruption, the mad are claimed by the god of madness ect, for the good and pure i'd bet its something like unto the sumer lands or elyesian feilds, a realm of eternal peace and contentment.

So, this is an eye for an eye type of punishment. That also lasts for LITERAL ETERNITY. Both are concepts that aren't very just for fitting punishments, ESPECIALLY the latter, which a problem a lot of people have about the concept of Hell. I know she was a child fighting ring trafficker and a corrupt judge, but she didn't live forever. A finite amount of crimes can NEVER justify an infinite punishment.

I'm glad you ask, because I actually have a canonical answer for that. The monks can't just bring a deity to the mortal plane, no one is that powerful. In fact, at least two future stories involve someone actually succeeding at that and it immediately causing the end of the world. What they did is indeed creating an avatar, a physical manifestation of a small portion of the deity's psyche, which is already quite devastating in itself.
As to why Diafthoron could only yell in zalgo and flail around in chapter 4, consider his point of view: imagine if you're going through your day, working, napping, going to the bathroom, whatever, then suddenly a bunch of tiny lesser beings from another dimension rip out a piece of your consciousness, stick it in a flesh homunculus, and it immediately gets repeatedly beaten up by some mutant cow with a hammer.
