The final match was now set as the two young Magus took their sides in the arena, both dressed in black cloaks, with one adorned in vibrant orange accents worn by an ambiguous arctic fox, while the other, in a cold purple hue adorned by a golden red fox boy. Each of them glared at one another, waiting for this chance to come once again after their match the previous year, ending in heartbreak for one though both being badly injured, spending weeks in the hospital from fairly life threatening injuries. But now both back and healthy and with a bit more safeguards in place this time around, the match everyone was waiting for was about to commence, as the sky went cosmic night as the clock ticked to the late hour, with stars twinkling and comets flying, the Æthers of Azure and Amethyst clashed against one another. Each boy's spell sigils appeared behind them for those who could see the essence, Ion's Æther Leak bleeding out his right eye as his Lightning Storm Daggers encircled around him as his spelldeck floated out of it's pouch, orbiting around the Ghost Sword Ion had summoned from his casting hand mirroring the physical one floating from his left. On the other side Denzel stood confident that this time the fight would be different, as he too put up a show of force, as his Meteor Spires summoned forth from their black holes appearing in the sky, all locking on and targeting Ion in their sights, Denzel's Gravitas Chains sprang forth encompassing him, ready to bind Ion to his might as the two exchanged remarks as the stage was now set for final Magus Duel of the tournament as Sage Fenrir took his place as the referee for this match, there specially to make sure what happened the year prior didn't come back to light, "aright right now, you boys ready?" he asked as both Ion and Denzel gave him an intense look with a small nod, the crowd cheered as each boy had their fans chanting their name as this was the match everyone was waiting for, a duel of high proportions, a Magus Opus, "Ok, Begin!".....
