W: (it was the beginning of winter, temperature was plummeting. i came to see Sunny before he froze)
L: Sunny certainly looks chilly, rubbing himself with his leaf hands. "M-man, it's been getting really cold out here..."
W: Well I hope you got enough stored sugars in there because it's going to get a lot colder than this.
L: "Ah, this must be what winter is... Don't worry, I've been saving up. Didn't really know why until now, but it felt right to."
W: Well now you know. And it looks like you're already starting to freeze up.
L: "Yeah, I've been feeling kind of stiff lately... Guess this is probably the last time we'll be talking before spring, huh?"
W: Yeah. See you next Spring.
L: "Yep, see you... Hopefully this doesn't feel TOO bad."
W: (ice forms inside Sunny, teeny tiny ice crystals)
L: "O-oh, this feels really weird... H-hard to move..." Sunny gradually slows down as more of him begins to freeze.
W: (I watch sunny become completely frozen)
L: Eventually, Sunny stops entirely, his eyes closed as he freezes entirely solid.
W: (I leave and start driving with Diane to Tails' workshop)
L: Diane: "You know, I heard Tails was working on something new... Any ideas on what that might be?"
W: Maybe a spaceship
L: "Oh, that'd be so cool! I hope that's what it is, being able to see other planets would be great!"
W: Yeah. (I stop at Tails' workshop) here we are
L: "Alright, let's go find out for sure what he's up to..." Diane gets out of the car to head into the workshop.
W: (Tails was putting finishing touches on his new and improved Tornado X)
L: "Hey, Tails! What have you been up to lately?"
W: Tails: perfect timing. i present Tornado X!
L: "Wow, it looks great!" Diane looks it over, impressed as she typically is with what Tails makes.
W: I'm pretty sure Cirrus would have loved for us to be able to go up to space with him. Speaking of, did you complete that special suit that I asked you to?
L: "Yep, bringing it over is part of the reason I came here. That and I wanted to know what you were working on."
W: Tails: i actually do have it done.
L: "We should try it out sometime, I think it'll be a lot of fun to explore space!"
W: totally!
L: "Any ideas on who we should bring along for that? I'm pretty sure Cirrus would be up for it, but beyond him I'm not really certain."
W: That is a good question Diane. maybe Lenn or Blubby
L: "Blubby does seem to like exploring, definitely him... Tails, how many people would be able to fit in the Tornado X?"
W: Tails: up to 4.
L: "...I guess that'll be it, then. The 3 of us, Blubby, and I'm sure Cirrus at his smallest size would still fit at that point."
W: Or at the very least he could fly alongside.
L: "I mean, he'll need to breathe eventually, he can't just stay outside the whole time."
W: true, but thats what his suit is for, right Tails?
L: "Oh, that suit you had me work on was for HIM! For some reason I thought it was for you, Tails!"
W: Tails: i should've specified, but yes
L: "Alright, he shouldn't have any issues at all, then! He's going to be pretty happy once he hears about this."
W: (i send Blubby and Cirrus texts)
L: Blubby's response comes fairly quickly. "Oh, going to space would be awesome! I'm totally up for that, I'll be right over!"
Cirrus' response takes about a minute after that, and is just "ok".
W: (Cirrus arrives first, as always)
L: Cirrus: "Hi guys! Couldn't really get it across before, but I'm really excited to finally get the chance to safely see space!"
Diane: "Same here! We invited Blubby as well, he should be here before too long."
W: Tails: here, but this on. (holds the suit)
L: Cirrus goes down to 10% size so he'll fit, and he tries on the suit, looking himself over. "Huh... It's pretty rare that I actually wear something. This is neat."
Diane: "It's a spacesuit! You can be out flying next to us instead of riding with us!"
W: What do you think? He put a lot of work into it
L: Cirrus experimentally flies around with the suit on. "Feels pretty good! I think I'd be good with wearing this for a few hours."
W: There you are blubby
L: Blubby: "Yep, can't just pass on an opportunity like this! Oh, and I see Cirrus is ready to go too!"
Cirrus: "They made a spacesuit for me, I thought I'd never get one!"
Diane: "Well, that's everyone! I'm ready to head up if everyone else is."
W: (we board the Tornado X) Cirrus, you should get a headstart.
L: Cirrus: "Alright, I'll see you all up in space!" He starts flying up into the sky.
Blubby: "Hopefully there'll be a way to talk to him up there..."
Diane: "That suit he's got has a radio, don't worry."
W: Tails: ready for takeoff!
L: Blubby: "Yep, let's do this!"
Diane: "Ready whenever you are!"
W: Tails: here we go!
L: Blubby and Diane brace themselves, hoping the launch won't be too rough.
W: (takeoff was like a normal plane)
L: Blubby: "...Oh. This is a lot less intense than I expected."
Diane: "Haha, same here!"
W: Tails: itll get intense once i hit the booster, which isnt for a while
L: Diane: "Alright, make sure to warn us before that." She and Blubby just relax for now, looking outside as the Tornado X gets higher and higher.
W: (At the stratosphere, we see why Cirrus liked it) oh my, so beautiful...
L: Blubby: "Wow, yeah... THIS is why he goes up here sometimes..."
Diane: "I'll definitely have to ask him to take me on trips up here every now and then..."
W: Me too
L: Blubby: "Speaking of Cirrus, where's he at? We're able to call him, right?"
W: Tails: Cirrus, this is Tails, come in.
L: Cirrus' voice comes through clearly. "Hi! Um... I just talk like normal for this, right?"
Diane: "Yep, we can hear you just fine."
W: Tails: where are you?
L: Cirrus: "Pretty sure I'm up in the stratosphere right now. Didn't go too far, since I was worried about missing you guys."
Blubby: "I think that's about the height we're at, too."
W: Tails: yes, i see you.
L: Cirrus: "Oh, what?" Sure enough, some distance away, Cirrus is visible, and he notices the Tornado X and flies over. "There you are!"
Diane: "Make sure not to lose track of us, it's not going to be easy to find each other up here."
W: Tails: see you at the moon! Get ready for the boosters!
L: Blubby: "Alright, here we go!" He and diane brace themselves again.
Cirrus: "I'll race you guys there!"
W: Tails: race on! (Hits the booster)
L: Blubby and Diane are pushed back some by the powerful acceleration, but no more than that thanks to them having been ready.
At the same time, Cirrus picks up a ton of speed as well, doing his best to outpace the Tornado X.
W: (Tails pulls on the control stick backward)
L: The Tornado X speeds up even more, and while Cirrus had been going faster than it at first, it's now slowly gaining on him!
W: Tails: up we go! (Pulls up vertical)
L: With that, the Tornado X actually overtakes Cirrus!
Cirrus: "Woah, what? You're actually winning!"
W: Tails: see you at the moon!
L: Cirrus does his best, but he really just can't keep up.
Soon, the moon is reached, with Cirrus still about 30 seconds behind.
W: (Tails is very gentle in landing the X tornado) me: I've never seen the moon up this close before
L: Blubby: "Neither have I, this is surreal..."
Diane: "Yeah, I never thought I'd get this good a view of it!"
W: To quote Neil Armstrong, "That's one small step for man, One giant leap for mankind."
L: Blubby: "Heh, I don't think it's quite as significant as when he did it..."
Cirrus arrives next to the Tornado X. "Well, getting here is at least still a pretty big achievement, even for me!"
W: Still, I can't believe we're really here.
L: Diane: "There's spacesuits for us as well, right? It'd be a lot more fun if we could actually go outside."
Blubby: "I might just be able to hold my breath, but I'd like to still be able to talk out there."
W: Tails: aw shoot!
L: Cirrus: "...You forgot to get suits for everyone else, didn't you?"
Diane: "Darn... Well, we could still at least go out for a LITTLE while, but definitely not long..."
W: Yeah. Tails doesnt need one, cuz Sonic Logic, right?
L: Blubby: "I don't really see how it'd work like that, but you've known him longer than I have, so maybe."
W: Tails: i do have this for Blubby. (Shows an ATP wristband)
L: Blubby looks over the wristband. "Um... Alright. What's it do?"
W: Tails: It basically keeps energy in your body even under extreme oxygen deprivation.
L: Blubby: "Oh, cool! Yeah, that should totally work!"
Diane: "What about me? I'm nowhere near as good at holding my breath as he is..."
W: We dont need air, remember?
L: Diane: "Oh, obviously! Haha, how did I manage to forget that?"
Cirrus: "Heh, I kind of forgot about that too..."
W: (Tails' life sensor is picking up signs of life on the moon's surface)
L: Blubby and Diane notice, but don't realize what it means.
Diane: "What's that mean?"
W: Tails: There's someone here as well. Vital signs are female. She seems to be in hypersleep
L: Cirrus: "Wait, WHAT!?"
Blubby: "Someone else is here!?"
Diane: "Well, we've definitely gotta go find her!"
W: Tails: agreed. Everyone get ready
L: Blubby puts on the wristband and activates it. "Man, I'm excited to go out there!"
Diane: "Same here! I'm really glad I don't need to breathe!"
W: Here goes nothing. (Opens the canopy)
L: The air of the cockpit vents out, and everything goes silent. Blubby seems scared for a moment as his air is pulled out of his lungs, but he tries to stay calm, trusting the wristband he was given. Diane is doing just fine, knowing she doesn't need to breathe regardless.
W: (We search and find an unconscious Unikitty surrounded by Poppy Playtime-style toys)
L: Blubby tries to say something, but can't. Remembering that you can read lips, he looks over at you and mouths "We'd better get her back to the Tornado X!"
W: (Nods and mouths "good idea")
L: Blubby gestures for Cirrus to help him, and the two get Unikitty onto Blubby's back before he starts going back toward the Tornado X.
W: (Tails packs the toys into the storage compartments)
L: Diane: "I guess we might have to cut this trip a bit short to get her to safety, huh?"
W: Tails: not really. I can take her, you guys can stay
L: Cirrus: "Ah, that works."
Blubby: "Don't keep us waiting here too long, alright?"
W: Tails: i wont. Seeya!
L: Blubby, Diane, and Cirrus all give Tails a wave as he leaves.
W: (Shortly after, Super Sonic comes over) sonic: sory im late
L: Blubby: "Woah! Sonic, is that you?"
Cirrus: "You look a lot different!"
W: Thats his super form
L: Diane: "Yep, I've seen him like that before."
Blubby: "Wow, that's really cool!"
W: Sonic: (detransforms)
L: Cirrus: "Sort of had an alternate form like that myself once..."
Diane: "Oh, really? That must have been pretty great!"
W: Do tell, im listening. (Sonic translated from my mouthing)
L: Cirrus: "Well, I was hanging out with this wolf guy a while back, and we found these different-colored diamonds that somehow powered us up! I was able to get even bigger than normal!"
W: Sonic: wait, You mean to tell me you found the chaos emeralds?
L: Cirrus: "Is that what those are? We never learned much about them... But I've heard of those, and that would explain it!"
Diane: "Wow, you just happened across them!?"
W: Sonic: Talk about coincidence.
L: Blubby: "I wonder if I'd be able to use them myself... It'd be pretty cool if I could!"
W: Sonic: probably
L: Cirrus: "We definitely have to try that out together sometime."
Diane: "I'd really like to see that, with both you and Blubby!"
W: Sonic: maybe later
L: Blubby: "Yeah, for now, we may as well enjoy our time here!" He hops up, going pretty high because of the low gravity before he floats back down.
W: (Back on earth, Tails was tending to Unikitty who was starting to come to)
L: Unikitty slowly opens her eyes, blearily looking around. "...Huh...? Wh-where am I...?"
W: Tails: youre on a planet called earth. Whats your name?
L: "Um... I'm Unikitty. Never heard of Earth before..."
W: Tails: well youre here now. Im Miles Prower, but call me Tails
L: "Alright, Tails... What happened to me? I don't really remember..."
W: Tails: we found you on the moon and i took you here. Whats the last thing you remember?
L: "I was playing with some of my toys, then I got really sleepy. I thought I was just super tired, but maybe not..."
W: Tails: you mean these? (Shows the box)
L: "Those ones, yeah! Thanks for bringing them here!"
W: Tails: i inspected the ship and it turns out you ran out of air in the tanks
L: "That explains it, apparently it has some kind of safety thing if the air runs out. I guess I was having too much fun to realize!"
W: Tails: well youre safe now. (The rest come over, having been carried by Sonic)
L: Cirrus: "Ah, good, you're alright."
Blubby: "We were worried about you!"
Unikitty: "Oh wow, all of you found me? Well, thanks!"
W: One thing tails didn't tell you is that there was a breach in the hull of your spacecraft.
L: Unikitty: "THAT'S why I didn't know what was happening! The last time I'd checked before that there was still a lot of air left!"
Diane: "I wonder how you managed to miss that a breach happened..."
W: So what are your fetishes, if you dont mind me asking?
L: Unikitty: "Oh, I don't mind! I really like inflation, and being kept from breathing for a super long time!"
Cirrus: "Sounds like you'd be a pretty good fit for our friend group!"
Unikitty: "Oh, oh, and I love getting super fat! Like, REALLY fat!"
W: Well youll fit right in with our friend group. Come, i can get a room sorted out for ya
L: Unikitty: "Perfect, thanks!" She goes with you.
W: (She sees Sunny frozen solid)
L: "Aw, that poor sunflower... Are they okay?"
W: He'll be fine, He prepared for this a while ago. Get him until the Spring melt and he'll be good as new.
L: "Okay, good... Looking forward to meeting him when he wakes up, he's cute!"
W: Yeah. (A state trooper was waiting inside my house, having been noitified by Tails about the incident)
L: She, an anthro rabbit, looks out at you. "Ah, there you are... I was told that there may have been some kind of incident involving a crashed spaceship."
W: Yes, officer. This is the unfortunate occupant of said spacecraft. Unikitty, this is Arkansas State Trooper Judy Hopps
L: Judy: "Good to know you're okay. Any leftover pain or anything?"
Unikitty: "Nope, I feel fine!"
W: Thank you so much for coming.
L: Judy: "So, any ideas of what happened?"
Unikitty: "I really don't know, I didn't notice anything before I passed out..."
W: (i let the girls talk)
L: Judy: "Then I'll have to check out the ship itself to really find out what went on up there."
Unikitty: "I think it's still up on the moon, so that's not gonna be easy."
W: Tails:actually its right here. i towed it here
L: Judy: "Okay, that makes things easier. Do you mind if I have a look around in it now?"
Unikitty: "Fine by me, I'm really curious about this too!"
W: friendly tip, dont interfere with a law enforcement officer's work
L: Unikitty: "Yep, I know that wouldn't go well."
Judy: "Alright, give me some time, I'll let you know when I'm done." She goes to check out Unikitty's ship.
W: (i help Unikitty get settled into her new home)
L: Unikitty: "Guess I'm gonna be staying here until I can get my ship fixed, huh?"
W: You can stay as long as you like, forever even
L: "Thanks! I'll definitely have to give that some thought, I'm already starting to like this place!"
W: (and so, my friend group gained 2 extra members)
