CHIPPY: "...Tasli wears green shorts. Would [NAMEREDACTED] remove the shorts?"
WATCHER: "Tasli would kick me in the face xP"
CHIPPY: "<3"
WATCHER: "Did you want me to look into Tasli's pants? x3"
CHIPPY: "D:"
WATCHER: "I'm gonna make something about it, just for us x3"
CHIPPY: "Oh my! :o"
Riveting conversation, no?
The above should also serve as evidence that I'm not particularly engaging or conversationally invested in others,
DIFFERENTWATCHER: "I take some small consolation from the suspicion that you are like this with everyone (keeping others out), but that might not actually be true"
It is indeed true (but I digress). ^^
Anyway, today's cartoon is the 'just for us' mentioned by the first watcher (who gave me permission to upload it, providing I keep their identity secret ...which is a tall order given their distinctive art style, but whatever).
For a bit of context, I sometimes write scripts for Gene/Tasli stories I'll likely never illustrate. Depending what the stories are about, I'll select watchers to send them to (no one watcher has read everything).
The conversation that inspired this drawing came after the artist read one such script, and after I ran out of things to say about it (consequently I began saying random things ...because my autism runs like that). ^^
And, no, the story was clean and had nothing to do with anyone's shorts. ^^
Returning to the picture, the mouse girl peering into Tasli's shorts was invented solely for this comic---she's not (yet!) a character. ^^
So... would Tasli let a girl peer into his shorts?
The short, sweet, and dissatisfying answer is: No. ^^
I know the whole 'I'll-show-you-mine-if-you-show-me-yours' is a thing boys do, but Tasli had rather prove himself in other ways: by outsmarting, tricking or fighting. It's more interesting and the outcomes carry more significance. :3
Where girls are concerned, Tasli has respect enough for both they and himself not to allow such a thing.
Additionally, Tasli is much more modest than Gene, and will always choose to wear a bather to the beach (he doesn't have to, it's just his way).
As for how to rate this...
"General - No naked breasts or genitals, sex, or violence" ...None here! :D
