Just a quick drawing of Mumfie, based on a screenshot.
Now, those keen of eye will notice this card is not ACO size---in fact it is too long (vertically); I mis-cut it. :p
Even so, it is a happy mistake, as the additional length allows for all the text to be read on the featured pencil (more on the pencil later). :3
Mumfie is the lead character in 'The Magic Adventures of Mumfie' (TMAoM).
TMAoM animated series was created by Britt Allcroft (a name fans of Shiningtime Station should be familiar with).
I want to say this series aired (in my area) on either UPN or FAM ...or was it TBS? I don't remember (but I think it aired on the same station as the live-action 'Bananas in Pyjamas' series ...and, yes, I'll try to draw Rat before I die, but I digress). :P
*checks*
...Oh. This was on Fox? Interesting.
Anyway, I ignored TMAoM as a child (I didn't like how the story was told ...more on that in a bit), but I took it upon myself to watch the entire Mumfie playlist earlier this year.
Do I like TMAoM? ...I'll say I enjoyed my marathon viewing of the series, albeit, TMAoM was (for me) the kind of series I'm not likely to revisit. It's just one of those series that once you've seen it, you've seen it (if that makes sense). TMAoM is VERY whimsical and imaginative, perhaps to a fault (yet, again, I enjoyed it).
But TMAoM takes some getting used to. What I mean is its narrator is a main character, and voices almost every character in the series ...and he's not exactly Mel Blanc (the narrator has limited range). It took several episodes for me to get accustomed to it. Maybe this doesn't bother most people, but It wasn't easy for me, initially, to accept.
...Pencil.
The featured pencil is an 'Elephant' model from J.S. Staedtler, likely made in Germany but there's no mark of origin. Despite the name, the 'Elephant' is not a jumbo pencil.
Card was drawn via a 'Zephyr' from Wallace Pencil Co. This card was not delineated.
13 10-minute videos gives you about as much animation as a long movie, it's something most people should be able to stomach.
What gets me is how everyone's singing voices differ so much from that of the Grand Narrator's. The plot could use more elaboration, but again, 10 minute episodes. Honestly, someone should make a movie cut of this.

Well you were only living by the show's motto, as you do today: 'That will have to wait till next time.'
Also, hilarious how some of the singing can go from male narrator voice to very feminine singer in those later episodes. Also, how being underwater works by spongebob rules.
