In this case, a wolf badge was offered to those who would draw a wolf and upload it with a specific tag. This is HIGHLY exploitable---one could upload anything with the tag and get the badge (which is awarded automatically), but I like to play fair. :3
Anyway, I drew a wolf, but somehow didn't get the badge. I deleted it and tried again. Failure.
I thought to wait a while and try again. Only, during the waiting time, I scribbled this pika with a wolf hat (because, again, it's the tag rather than the art that matters). I submitted this pika and I got the badge. :3
I uploaded this drawing (which I named 'Wufflechu'), to FA and to IB, as a temporary upload. It was up only a few minutes, but received some fan fair.
So, I drew a comic to go with the character, so I could resubmit the original (ie, the scribble you're looking at).
