Moonbrooke or Silverbrooke is the Dark Princess of Verdel.
By far the shyest of the four Dark princesses, an audience from Moonbrooke is rare and highly appreciated. She is far more comfortable speaking to the plants and animals that populate her estate, a bastion of overrun mossy stone known to most as the Midnight Garden.
Moonbrooke wields the ancient flute Bhí a Suantraí, which boasts the mystical power to bring the dawn immediately... Except this power only functions within Elysia and not in Tethil, so Moonbrooke has almost never used it. Perhaps made for a master of adult height, the flute seems a teeny bit too big for her.
In addition to the benefits of her flute, Moonbrooke is a talented floropath and gardener. As Tyrvari use music for all of their magic, Moonbrooke can use Bhí a Suantraí (or most any other flute) to summon plants that protect & heal her and her companions.
While many Tyrvari will sparingly hunt, Moonbrooke is a vegetarian and will only eat meat very reluctantly. The Kingdom of Verdel has relatively strict rules about hunting and methods of slaughtering animals.
