Both these pics are the same figurine.
The figurine is made from 1/8 inch wire mesh, covered with plumber's putty and quick dry hydrolic cement, and stands approximately 7 inches tall, not counting the big ears.
As seen here, some enhancements from a paint program goes a long way.
