If I remember right, there are other game discs that have a hidden audio about not playing it in a CD player, but I can't remember which ones they are.
Ah, good ol' Castlevania. If I remember right, there are other game discs that have a hidden audio
But also, really insightful point! Often people don't have the opportunity to change into battle mech suits at the first sign of horror, right? So maybe it's just "Tools and Intelligence" shown through what clothes they're wearing!
PS: I dropped a big heart on this one! Is that 5 or 10 hearts?

Alucard uses holy water on the first few bosses, and it absolutely wrecks their butts. I don't know why his holy water works so different from Richter's, but eh!
Also I think the clothes basically represent power. If you're caught in a bouncy party dress and your name isn't Buffy, you're vulnerable as you could be. If, however, you're wearing full plate, then at least you were ready from the outset to die with your boots on. Wearing hilarious anime clothing means you have the power of self-actualization, which throws everything out of the window~ <3
Also, 5. Plus whatever you get from the blood cloak after that stupid zombie soldier nails you out of nowhere.

It's the Black CD note Allucard gives about playing SotN in your CD player. I know this because I had it, and did it, and thought it was the coolest thing ever. (Thought some game disks could be played like CD's like that, as track 1 would be the data, and track2+ would be the .wav files)

I feel slightly ashamed at how long it took me to recognize the last reference, given the number of times i've played SotN. Hydro Storm was incredibly broken too, I just never thought to take advantage of it XD. Jeez, I didn't even notice the afterimages until Bittan mentioned them. It's official, I am going blind.

I just noticed that their choice of cosplay even make sense from a gameplay perspective, since Alucard is the resourceful guy with more powers than he can count, while Richter relies on sheer brute force to make the most of his few weapons.

The Belmonts are totally the angry jocks of the Castlevania universe. John Morris is built like a fucking quarterback, and Julius outright stated that their MO consists of "Hit it a lot until it dies".

The very same! I play as both of them in each Souls game. Natalie is always the magical medium warrior with virtually every spell and item, whereas Carrie is a Super Heavy Knight with a stamina bar the size of New Jersey.

That passive boob grab is great, I mean, it's sweet in a girlfriendy sort of way. Not quite foreplay, just a little naughty, mostly just fun and comfy. And I'm sure Carrie is the same way with Nat-butt-pillow.
Also, I would like to think Carrie's breasts count as a sub-weapon. =3
Oh, Nat, you card. That passive boob grab is great, I mean, it's sweet in a girlfriendy sort of wa
