"Environmental activism"
It came to Cirrus' attention a little while ago that a certain oil drilling company had been putting absolutely no effort into not excessively harming the environment with their drilling. He paid them a visit not long after he'd learned that, arriving in his full size and trying to intimidate them into changing their ways... Which they agreed to! Satisfied, he flew off and let them be.
Until a while later, when it turned out they'd just lied to get rid of him, and changed nothing.
Well, let it not be said that he didn't give them a chance. Now it was Cirrus' turn to go behind their backs. Every now and then, he'd come by at his smallest size, sneaking around and causing problems; stealing paperwork, breaking things, and eventually leaving a message threatening to do worse if things didn't change. It still didn't, so he followed through and stepped it up, studying some plans of the place he'd found and using that to cause even bigger issues, breaking important machinery while making sure nobody would get hurt; as much as he hated the company, the people working for it didn't deserve injury. This time he's going the farthest yet, using his full size's strength to tear open one of the oil pump's pipes to keep it from working, and just imagining how much trouble the workers will have to go through to fix it...
