"Sleepover"
After getting to hang out with Lugia for a while, Cirrus got an offer to spend a full night with them! Except, with one condition: The two had to sleep underwater. Neither of them could hold their breath anywhere near long enough for that, but Lugia did seem to know what they were doing... Cirrus agreed to it, and he and the legendary flew and then swam to an underwater cave, heading all the way into its end.
In there, there was an odd crystal: Very light grey, with oval-shaped grooves and growths that almost looked like bubbles... Lugia telepathically let Cirrus know that this crystal was what made it possible to stay the night on one breath; somehow, through a way even the Pokemon didn't understand, being near it would restore oxygen! Sure enough, as minutes passed after the two settled down together, not only did Cirrus' need to breathe get no more intense, it was actually very slowly being eased. With that, the two were able to fully relax, and indeed, the two eventually fell asleep together, Cirrus laying on Lugia's belly.
Happy Lugia Day, folks!
