The final bell rang and Sai was excited to meet up with Dillon for lunch break. Sai reached the mess hall, Dillon was talking to another feline student... a girl.. Sai didn't know her... Sai hesitated and stopped walking toward them, just watching Dillon and this girl exchange words with smiles. Dillon's ears were half-lowered too.

Eventually the girl wandered off, leaving Dillon alone. Sai felt an emotion near anger rise in his chest but he tried to push it back down. After everything, he didn't want to ruin his friendship with Dillon again.
