If it weren't for his blue blush and the water seeping from his nostrils, one would be forgiven for assuming Cirrus was drunk - his flight was sloppy, he had a drowsy expression, and he'd occasionally have a little hiccup. In reality, the dragon was technically drowning despite not being in water and even almost entirely dry, as he held water in his lungs after having intentionally run himself out of breath on a dive.
Enjoying the sleepy feeling of suffocation as much as ever, he idly flew about the forest he'd been in... Though at one point he bumped face first into a tree since he wasn't paying attention, spitting up some of the water in him. Drunken as he felt, he knew he was going to need to not have any obstacles, and flew up into the air past the canopy. As he looked down at the forest after having had to awaken himself from an impending fainting, he wondered whether Conduit sort of felt like this when holding their breath on land...
