Cirrus got into a bit of a weird mood, and wanted to try something new. After telling his plan to a friend that was going to be having a Christmas party, they managed to get a hollow ornament big enough for the dragon to fit in at his smallest size. With him in there, it was hung up on the tree, as he became a sort of living ornament for the party!
Although, one thing he hadn't really considered: The ornament was airtight, and over time, what little air was in there was getting used up. Of course, since he enjoyed being breathless, he didn't plan on telling anyone to open the ornament just yet, even as his lungs burned despite his gasps. He could handle a while longer still...
Alternatively, what if it was full of water? In that case, the dragon would long since have run out of breath and started to choke, though even in his struggles that shook the ornament, he'd refuse to be let out. Eventually, he'd calm again, and slowly breathe the water while sleepily watching the party. He'd plan on riding out his waterlogged state for as long as his body could handle...
