Sometimes rain can actually add to the atmosphere of a game. I remember playing super metroid on a lazy day when it was pouring down rain outside. Turing the lights off kinda made it feel like I was in some sort of spaceship ^^  I bet Resident Evil or Silent Hill would be great with it raining too.

Very good point, but remember ... who does not like playing video games in the privacy completely naked? I  like  it A  LOT!
