You could have Pearl bring a friend over and threaten to tell her dad if they don't play again, cross could have modified the game in the mean-time to rule-out sex

Actually, I think it wasn't outright stated who would win, I just concluded it would have to be the ones who get to cum since the alternative doesn't seem to make sense to me... I would be kinda frustrated if I played this game and couldn't get off.

I have a rather crazy idea for you. Why not have him explain the game to her fully next time she comes over. She has already experienced a fair sized part of the game. To be honest kids these days are losing their virginity at younger ages, I was actually an early bloomer myself for various reasons I'd never go into. In either case having experienced parts of the game then learning what its really all about and having seen him naked she could very well decide to push the issue knowing what really could happen. A child of that age finding themselves in control can be both a powerful and disturbing thing. Having said that if it comes to the moment of actual sex he could give her an out asking if she is really sure about that next step and her saying yes or no depending on what has taken place before that intimate point. In this way the story would be more about her exploring her sexuality with a not totally willing adult who has found himself at her mercy.
