Been a while for this guy to finally debut, but here he is!
Phlox is an expert seamster and costume maker, who grew up around fine arts and theatre. He got introduced to the concept of drag shows early on, and adopted his own persona. On stage, he goes by Chris Tillin, and it was through advertisements Knuckles found him. Despite the guardian not knowing of his gender beforehand, the misunderstanding was shrugged off easily.
After a couple lunch dates, Phlox found himself as the 10th member of Knuckles' harem of men.
