There are no refunds after the sketch fee or finishing fee has been paid, unless I, as the artist, cannot complete the work myself. (I will get in contact with you.)
All characters in sexual and NSFW depictions are of legal age, 18+. (Personal preference)
Creepy comments get deleted. While I may create NSFW art, that does not mean that I, as the creator, am comfortable with lewd or insensitive remarks. Please respect my boundaries.
Keep in mind, commissioned works do not reflect my own tastes or interests. They are commissions for other people, not personal work for myself.

I own the rights to all adoptables created here until they are purchased by their new owner(s). I still retain intellectual rights to the characters after they are sold. If you wish to use them for commercial use (monetary gain), I can draw up a contract to sell the rights to you. Prices for intellectual/commercial rights to my characters range from between $500 USD to $1500 per character.
In regards to NSFW art: In commissioning my adult work, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to purchase and view such content.
PSA: Do not try to haggle my prices. My prices are based on how much work and effort I put into my art, and the literal years it's taken me to get to where I'm at now. Budget your money and save if you can't afford a commission. Your financial responsibility is not my burden to bear. It is your responsibility to care for yourself before ordering art from artists (Art is a luxury, not a necessity.) Try to guilt me about my prices being too 'high', and it's sure to get you added to my blacklist. I will not be guilt tripped into believing my work is worth less.
I hold the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
UPDATE: No commissioner or stranger has the right to sell/market/mint my commissions UNLESS they purchase the intellectual rights from me personally for that specific piece. (This includes NFT’s.) I still hold intellectual rights to the art since I myself created it. If you wish to discuss purchasing the full rights to my artwork then feel free to get in contact with me personally. The ONLY exception to selling my work, is when someone purchases an 'Adopt'. They can sell if for equal to lesser value, but they may NOT sell it for more than they purchased it (from me) for.
