In an alternate timeline of the Pre-SGW Universe, Sonic never got with Elias. Instead, in his eagerness to give King Maximillian an heir, Sonic decided to get with the old, frail king himself. While such an act would seem impossible, the hero not only knew how to give Max a healthy boost with the Chaos Emeralds, but also knew a thing or two of his hidden desires, leading to a successful birth from King Acorn.
Montana, affectionately called Monty, is a noble man ready to rule the kingdom in its new age. Skilled with a sword and even with an animal partner, he's made his fathers very proud. That said, raising him wasn't without challenges... For unknown reasons, but theorized it was due to the age difference between Max and Sonic, Monty is autistic, which manifests itself in a very intense oral fixation.
