Bailey was orphaned as a young Eevee and was considered weak by most standards. She grew up alone, unable to find a trainer or friends, and spent much of her childhood surviving on the streets.

Background/History

Years with Erika

In her teens, she finally met someone who took pity on her: a trainer named Erika. The bond between them grew strong, and under Erika's care, Bailey evolved into a Sylveon. Erika affectionately gave her the nickname "Bubbles." The name had two meanings: one for Bailey’s somewhat scatterbrained nature, as if her head were full of bubbles, and another for her unwaveringly happy and upbeat attitude despite her harsh upbringing. Through Erika's affection she evolved into a Sylveon.

Unfortunately, fate was cruel. Not long after their bond deepened, Erika was tragically killed in the crossfire of a robbery. Bailey, once again alone and homeless, found herself back on the streets. But she was no stranger to hardship. Over time, she honed her survival instincts and developed street smarts. Although she wasn’t the sharpest, she was resourceful, doing whatever it took to get by: stealing, lying, and hustling. Through it all, she never lost her sunny disposition. To her, being alive was reason enough to smile—things could always be worse.

Halo Incident

Years later, Bailey’s life took another turn. One day, she spotted a Jolteon’s motorcycle left unattended on the street. Not knowing who it belonged to—or the reputation of its owner—Bailey decided to steal it. She had no idea that the bike belonged to Holly Halo, a feared and respected member of a motorcycle gang called the Chromas. Holly’s bike wasn’t locked because no one would dare to steal from her. But Bailey, oblivious and fearless, managed to take it with ease.

Eager to test the “juiced-up” ride, Bailey went on a reckless joyride, pushing the bike to its limits despite her inexperience. She soon crashed, leaving both herself and the bike battered. When Holly found her, she was furious at first, but her anger cooled when she saw the bike wasn’t totaled—and the scrawny, bloody Sylveon was lying on the ground giggling, completely unfazed by what could have been a fatal accident.

Recruited by Chromas

Intrigued by Bailey’s carefree and fearless nature, Holly introduced herself and got to know her. Something about Bailey's relentless optimism and bold spirit resonated with Holly, and she decided to take the girl in. At just 17, Bailey joined the Chromas, and the nickname “Bubbles” became permanent.

Bailey embraced her new life with enthusiasm, seeing the gang as the family she had always longed for. However, her past had left its mark. Her glib attitude and apathy toward hardship made her reckless, with little sense of danger or self-preservation. While she was fiercely loyal to the Chromas and would do anything to protect them, her lack of empathy for outsiders and her devil-may-care attitude revealed the scars of a life spent enduring loss and survival. For Bubbles, every day was just another ride, and she was determined to enjoy it to the fullest.

The Chromas gang is a legitimate racing team of mainly Hybrids that has a suspected second darker side to them on the streets of the city.

The most violent and ruthless of the group (in no order) would be Rose, Kiko (not her desire, but is in her nature), Holly Halo and Bailey; while Rocket and Darlin (though she might make you wish for death, has a small sadistic streak that can come to the fore) are the most patient of the crew.
