Along the south and west of Vinacana, where small towns are common and little communities stick together, there is a rather famous bandit that goes by the name of Dame. Supported by two burly Rams, Sugah and Cane, the trio has been causing havoc for years. Vandalism, breaking and entering, disturbing the peace, acts of violence, swearing, misconduct, public nudity, robbery of multiple types be grand theft auto or small heists. You name it, and these three have there stubby fingers on it somewhere.
The thing is. The only people who ever get robbed are the types of scammers who take advantage of tourists, or the bars that charge well above what they need to for out of towners. The banks that they knock over just happen to be the ones owned by the business types who would build a new highway and in turn destroy a local economy. It's subtle, and the media misses these little details but across those small towns, Dame is a bit more of a Robin Hood figure than some drunken hillbilly. Well, maybe both. She sure as shit still steals everything that is not nailed down, and is loud, often drunk, and quite violent. But at least she's got a good heart. Somewhere in there. Perhaps that is why she remains out of prison for so long, often hiding away seemingly in plain sight along those small populated places.
It also just happens that all the money they steal they only ever spend in small and struggling towns or areas. They claim that such places have cheap prices and are desperate, so they accept any deals, but it's clear what their game is. Just don't imply that to their faces unless you want to lose a tooth. Dame is not the type of girl who likes to appear soft or weak so don't go pushing your luck.
