When I went to MFM last year, there was a booth selling custom 3D printed miniatures. One of them was titled, "Oh no! Tiamat!" But it was three dragonettes in a trench coat. And I immediately fell in love with it. I wanted to buy it, but was hesitant because I don't really do miniatures. After seeing it, though, I had this idea. Three kobolds, obsessed with shinies, trying their best to coax a dragon into letting them into their hoard. She may just take them up on it for the comedic value!

I like to think the "olive on a toothpick" in her drink is actually a watermelon on a longsword.

Fun fact, I started a little animatic of this skit. But, per the usual, my interest faded and it fell to the wayside. It wasn't even going to be a proper animation. More like one of those narrated comics people do...

I was thinking "Oh, a real sword in the olives of her martini. That's cute." Then I'm like "Waitaminute... olives aren't that big... are those watermelons?".

And now I want a watermelon martini.

I always liked the "three kobolds in a trench coat" thing. My head canon regarding them is that everyone knows they're three kobolds, but it's so adorable that they play along. And the kobolds think they have everyone duped.

there should be a follow up of all of them on top of a big bed with the 3 kobolds, the dragon lady laying there with a smirk on her face and the 3 kobolds all laying there with the jacket covering them from the waist down with a "WTF did we just do" look on their faces, the last panel is her leaning over and whispering to them "you guys looked like you needed a win and something to brag about to your friends"
