Background: Tokala Torajiro was the name given to a boy born in Kyoto, Japan. He was Born with Mixed Green and Black Hair, Black Eyes and Dark Skin.
Tokalas Mother Kamiya was born in Japan, But his Father was unknown. All Kamiya knew about Tokalas Father was that he was Native American. Kamiya met him on a Trip to the states and it was a one night Stand. She learned she was pregnant when she returned to Japan and gave Birth to Tokala.
Early Life and Quirk-
After Tokala Turned 5 He Manifested a Quirk. The showing signs was that his eye color changed from Black to a Bright-Green color. His mother and School teachers learned that by touching someone, Tokala could paralyze them. His first experience with his Quirk was when he touched his one of his schoolmates.
Childhood and Middle School-
Tokala wanted to become a Pro Hero one Day. Because of His Quirk, Tokala had to wear gloves so he couldn’t Paralyze anyone accidentally. As he entered Middle School, Tokala started training with his Quirk. He mostly used it on Bullies and Pedestrians who were rather rude.
He became Stubborn and Quiet and Started keeping Snakes as Pets. Tokala was still a proper student and son. He got good grades and helped out at home with his mother at home. He Read many Books, mostly on behavior.
When asked what kind of Hero He wanted to be, Tokala stated he didn’t want to be the type of Hero that acts all noble and says thing that heroes usually say to citizens.
Enrolling and Training at U.A-
Tokala chose to enroll at U.A High. He passed all the required exams and physicals. He was accepted into the school when he was 16 and was placed in the Hero Course.
Tokala Chose a Great Hero Name, The Immobilizer and he made his Costume Unique. Light, but with Spiked Spaulders and steel Bracelets, all Green colored. While at U.A, Tokala Trained with other students, but mostly trained alone. He studied close-combat, Martial Arts and even ran along walls.
Tokala didn’t mingle with the other students, just kept to himself. He mainly focused on training, then his Internship and Work-study.
Going Pro-
After Graduating from U.A, Tokala went Pro. He mostly did Hero Work on his own for about Two Years, Dealing with small store robberies and local Thugs, but then he was approached by the Pro Endeavor who offered Tolaka a Spot in his Agency.
Tokala worked at Endeavors Agency and Became more skilled. Tokala worked under Endeavor for 6 years, but was still stubborn and Quite. He usually said hi to others, but was either looking at his Phone, Meditating or feeding his pet snake.
When Shoto Todoroki, Izuku Midoriya and Katskui Bakugo chose Endeavors Agency for their Work study, Tokala took a Liking to Midoriya, Simply because they had the same Hair color. Tokala did however use his Quirk on whenever Midoriya started Muttering or when Bakugo lost his Temper.
