Background: A boy named Billy was born into the Pokemon world. He was born with blond hair and yellow eyes. He also has a Twin Borther named Bobby who was born with different hair color and eyes. Looks like the boys both took after their parents. Billy was born in Sky City. When he and his brother were very little, they each got a Pokemon Egg for their Birthday. Billy got an Egg that Hatched into a Noibat and Bobbies Egg hatched into Charmander.
When he was little, Billy loved watching Sky Trainers soaring the skies and wanted to be one, same with Bobby. When he came of age, Billy and his brother enrolled at the Sky Academy. He enjoyed wearing his Sky Trainer Wing Suit and would wear it everyday when he went to and from school. Billy also liked to flirt with the girls around the city and at school and tried to impress them.
Billy practiced Flying almost every day and trained with his Noibat which eventually evolved into a Noivern.
Other than Sky Training, Billy would Look up at the Sky From the Tallest Building, Watch other Sky Trainers and Try to impress the Girls. But he always made time to Play and train and with his Brother.

Sky City resides in the High Mountains of Kalos. It can only be accessed by hovercraft or the Lifts along the mountainside that run from the city to the public Beach resort. Sky City is known for designing flying machines such as hovercrafts and boards, blimps, helicopters and planes. But what makes Sky City popular is its many Sky Trainers. Sky City is where Pokemon Trainers learn how to Fly. Trainers can Do Battle and Train at the Sky Dome.
Sky City also has a School called Sky Academy, where Students enroll to learn the History of the Pokemon World and also train to become Professional Sky Trainers. When a student Enrolls at the Academy, they are measured and given their own Sky Trainer Wing Suit, but all the Suits have the same blue-sky color. The Sky Academy has no Dress Code, so Students can wear regular clothing, but many of the Students like to wear their Wing Suits through out the day. Besides regular classes, the students Practice in Sky Battles and learn how to fly. Upon Graduating from the Academy, The students would receive a Flying License that would allow them to Fly around the City and Their own custom Wing Suit.
Sky City also has a popular Beach and resort that resides at the base of the mountain. There, pokemon trainers and visitors can enjoy the sun and play and the ocean, or just relax on the sandy beach.
