These are Refs of Known Pokmemon Trainers Ash Ketchum, Serena and Clemont, who are all dressed in their Respective Sky Trainer Wing Suits. They wear these outfits in the Pokemon Episode ‘Battles in the Sky’

Ash and His Friends Travel to the Kalos Canyon when’re they meet a group of Sky Trainers. They Head to the Sky Trainer Center where Ash, Serena and Clemont changed into Sky Trainer Wing Suits and learn How to do Pokémon Battles in the Skies.
