S: *a purple lizard, which was only a child and is very tiny compared to the other big lizards, was walking around in the area where cirrus was, noticing he was trapped inside this water bottle and got very concerned, immediately pulling the cork out of the bottle to let the poor dragon free, tears welling up in their eyes in hopes the dragon will be ok*

L: Cirrus flies from the bottle as soon as he can, gasping and panting. "Th-thanks for that... I-I was stuck in there a long time..."

S: "O-oh my goodness!! I'm so happy your ok!! Why were you in there??" *Their voice childlike and very cute*

L: "I was just relaxing in there at first, since I like being underwater, and apparently someone thought it'd be funny to close the top so I couldn't get out. I'm really lucky you showed up!"

S: "What!? Who would do such a thing... I'm so sorry that happened to you little dragon... and you like being underwater? I-i see, i-i never got to experience any of that stuff... I have...well, very strict parents..." *they sigh sadly*

L: "You've never gone underwater before? You've really been missing out, there's so much to see down in lakes and the ocean!"

S: "I-ive heard! There's like tons of sealife and everything and I never got the chance to see it... or even know what's its like to be underwater... it's very sad..." *the purple lizard tears up from that, trying their best not to cry in front of someone*

L: "...Hey, are you free for a while? I can help you see the ocean if you've got some free time."

S: "I-i...really shouldn't...my parents would get mad at me if I left them for a long period of time... I just happened to walk by and notice you trapped inside that water bottle..."

L: "Wouldn't have to be very long, we could get there in about a minute, stay for 10 or so, then come right back here. Or is even that too long?"

S: "...listen, I appreciate you... but when I said my parents were strict.. I mean there are STRICT, in fact they only let me out of the house for 15 minutes at a time, and I only have 3 minutes left before I have to get back so... but then again...I really don't like my parents... they are too strict all the time and it's driving me nuts!"

L: "Oh wow, that IS strict! I'd hate to be that limited... Have you talked to them about that? If you haven't, you really should."

S: "You think I haven't tried??? I have! For months! But no matter what I do or what I say they refuse to change the rules, and they said and I quote "It's for your own health" and I'm like "Come on! It's ridiculous!" Not even my adorable face could make them budge..."

L: "I've never had a kid, so I suppose I can't really say whether that's reasonable, but it sure sounds annoying... You're at least allowed to go out multiple times a day, right? I can stick around until you come back, and then we can make a quick trip to the beach."

S: "Well...I suppose that could work... but I don't know... i-ill have to think about it..."

L: "You should probably head back anyway, think you've got about 2 minutes at this point. Don't worry about me, I haven't got much to do today."

S: "O-oh ok! Yeah I should, but real quick what's your name? I'm Steve..."

L: "I'm Cirrus! It's cool to meet you, Steve!"

S: "Cool to meet you too cirrus! I-ill see you later then!" *Steve hurries off, managing to make it to his parents house just in time...*

*the next day, Steve returns to the same spot that he met cirrus, hoping he was still around*
"C-cirrus? You here?"

L: Cirrus is laying on a branch in a nearby tree when Steve shows up. "Oh, there you are! Good thing I decided to give this another day!"

S: "Hehe, yeah I decided to go for it... I mean I never really truly had fun in a long while, so I can't let this opportunity go to waste... and there's a bit more good news, my parents are actually away on a business trip and won't be here for a long while! They did apparently trust me to follow the rules but I'm 100% gonna take advantage of this!"

L: "Oh, perfect! We won't have to rush!" Cirrus floats off the branch into some open space, then mist briefly surrounds him as he shifts to his full size, and he lands next to Steve. "Bet you were wondering how I'd get you to the beach, huh?"

S: "Whoa!! Since when could you do that?! That's amazing! And wait...are you seriously saying your gonna give me a ride to the beach?!"

L: "Ha, I've always been able to change size, this big is actually normal for me! And yeah, the beach IS fairly far from here, it'd take too long to just walk there."

S: "Omg! No way! I'm gonna get to ride on dragon...this is a dream come true!! Eeeee!" *his tail wags very happily, then without hesitation they climb on cirrus, a big grin on their face*

L: Cirrus smiles and floats up off the ground once Steve is on him, soon getting a fair bit higher than the buildings. "Make sure you get a good hold on me, I can go REALLY fast!"

S: "Whoa im so high up! I love it! And I'll make sure to hold on, I wanna make this the best day of my life!" *Steve holds on tight to cirrus*

L: Cirrus quickly picks up speed, soon going well over 100mph through the sky.

S: "Wheeee!!! This is so awesome!!!!" *luckily Steve manages to hold on, having the time of his life*

L: The flight to the beach only takes about a minute, and Cirrus descends to land on it. "And, we're here! Glad you liked the trip!"

S: "That was incredible! I love the ride! And that just made my day by a lot! Thanks a bunch cirrus!" *he carefully climbs off cirrus and onto the sand from the beach* "Wow, the beach is even more beautiful up close"

L: "This beach is one of my favorites, and it looks even better underwater. Do you know how to swim?"

S: "Uhhh... well my parents forced swimming lessons out of me so yes I do know how to swim, not very well but I still can, they did forget my underwater lessons, which is why I've never been underwater in my entire life..."

L: "Alright, I'd be fine with you holding onto me instead of swimming, so don't worry about that, and I'm sure you know not to try to breathe when underwater too."

S: "Well I feel like that's an obvious one, haha! I'm old enough to at least know if you inhale water you drown..." *Steve nervously giggles*

L: "Yep, I figured you'd know. Do you want to play around on the beach some more, or should we head for your first dive?"

S: "I mean...this beach is nice and all, but I've seen it from a distance a lot and know it pretty well, so I say let's go for my first dive! I'm too excited to wait any longer!"

L: "Alright, let's do this!" Cirrus heads out to float in the water, waiting for Steve to join him.

S: *Steve quickly join him, wading into the water and eventually floating on the surface calmly*

L: Cirrus swims under Steve and comes up beneath them, getting them onto his back. "I imagine you'd prefer holding onto me instead of figuring out how to swim underwater for now, right?"

S: "Heh, that would be ideal yes, this will be my first time submerging and I don't know what to expect... or do..."

L: "Alright, once we're under, just tap on me when you want to head back up. Don't get so distracted you forget about breathing!" Cirrus laughs.

S: *Steve giggles* "Yeah true... I will admit, I'm little nervous... never done this before"

L: "The water might sting your eyes a little, but it's worth it. Let me know when you're ready!"

S: "My eyes might sting? Well I don't want that... I don't wanna feel pain during this..."

L: "...Well, neither of us brought goggles... I do keep some at home that I give out to people that don't have any, and it wouldn't take me that long to go get a pair if you want."

S: "I-if you could do that for me I would appreciate it very much...i-i can wait for you..."

L: "Yep, just hang out on the beach for a little while, I'll be right back." Cirrus brings Steve back to shore and sets him down, then flies off MUCH faster than before.

S: "My goodness he's fast! Hope he don't crash or anything" *Steve sits on the sand and waits for cirrus to return*

L: About 10 minutes later, Cirrus returns, floating down and holding out a pair of goggles to Steve in a hand that's nearly as big as them. "Hopefully this'll work for you."

S: "Ah...neat! Always wanted to see what I look like with swim goggles on" *Steve takes it and puts it on, putting it over his eyes*
"Well?"

L: "They look pretty good on you! I'd let you keep them since you probably don't have any, but you'd have a hard time explaining that to your parents."

S: "Don't worry, I know how to hide stuff pretty well, so I'll know where to put this! Hehe!"

L: "Okay, cool! So NOW we're ready to dive, right?" Cirrus lays down so Steve can get onto him again.

S: "Y-yeah, I think so...heh" *Steve climbs back on cirrus*

L: Cirrus heads back to the water's surface like before. "Alright, again, we'll head under when you say. Don't worry about giving me time to get ready, I can stay down plenty of time."

S: "A-alright, i-i at least know I have to hold my breath... I just hope I don't get too scared while doing this..."

L: "Relax, you're gonna love this! Besides, you've got a great big dragon to keep you safe!"

S: *Steve giggles* "I guess you've got a point there...ok, I'm ready for this! I'm not gonna let a little water scare me!"

L: "Okay, deep breath!" After giving Steve a moment to hold their breath, Cirrus quickly gasps and dives underwater with them.

S: *Steve managed to get a good enough breath of air before cirrus dove underwater, holding onto his body tightly during it...he briefly closes his eyes at first, then opens them with the help of his goggles, his mouth almost immediately drops open at the beautiful sights of the underwater world, and they are only just below the surface*

L: Cirrus looks back at Steve and smiles at how much they're already enjoying this. He starts working his way deeper, soon reaching the bottom.

S: *since Steve never had to hold his breath, his lungs are already getting uncomfortable, bubbles escaping his nostrils and his entire face turning red, grunting slight as well but tries his best to keep looking around, wondering if he should already head for the surface*

L: Not yet noticing Steve's need to breathe, Cirrus continues moving along the seabed so they can see as much as possible on their first ever dive.

S: *Steve continues to hold on as he continues looking around, while enjoying the sights, he gets more uncomfortable, covering his mouth and using his other arms to tap on cirrus*

L: Cirrus nods and heads back up to the surface, smiling at Steve once he's there. "I can tell you loved that!"

S: *Steve gasps for air and pants a bit before speaking*
"Omg, I loved it! That was so cool!! I guess I kinda need some work on breath holding tho" *he giggles nervously*

L: "Don't worry too much about not being that good at breath holding, that WAS only your first time. You'll get way better with practice!"

S: "Oh I sure hope so! Cause I wanna see more of the ocean!" *they wag their tail excitingly, as a little kid would*

L: "Well, it's not like there's a limit on how many dives we can do, we can be out here all day if you want!"

S: "Well considering my parents are gone, we can absolutely do that! Hehe! In fact, I wanna go again right now!"

L: "Then get yourself another good breath!" Cirrus dives back underwater with Steve, going back to where the two were before.

S: *Steve got another good deep breath of air before they went underwater, this time with him relaxing his body a little more before looking around with a smile*

L: Noticing a school of fish in the distance, Cirrus starts heading over to it so Steve can get a better look at them.

S: *Steve smiles at the fish, bubbles escaping his nostrils and his cheeks slightly puffy, he's clearly more relaxes and comfortable the 2nd time. He even reaches his hand out and gently pets one particular fish he sees, smiling happily*

L: The fish Steve pets is surprisingly friendly, and leaves the school for a little while to seemingly cuddle with him.

S: *Steve happily wags his tail as the fish stayed behind, holding the fish in his hand gently and petting it some more, being careful not to apply too much pressure to it*

L: Cirrus is clearly surprised Steve has managed to befriend a fish so quickly, and just smiles as he watches the two. The fish seems to try to hug Steve with its fins.

S: "Awwblblblwww...mmmm!" *he quickly covers his mouth as he realized he just spoke underwater, blushing quite a bit, then uses two of his little fingers to give the fish a hug back in a sort of weird way*

L: After the little hug, the fish looks at its school swimming away, then waves goodbye to Steve as it swims off to rejoin the school.

S: *while Steve is a little sad the fish left, he still smiles and waves goodbye to the fish as it swims away, but now his face is turning red again, but he lasted much longer then last time as he taps on cirrus again*

L: Cirrus quickly goes back up with Steve again, looking back at them. "You made a friend down there! Fish don't usually do that!"

S: *he gasps for air*
"I did didn't I? That little fish was so adorable! I was so sad it left...but it was great while it lasted! It even tried to hug me!"

L: "Seems like they did a good job of helping you stay under too, that was quite a bit longer than last time!"

S: "Look at me already getting better! Hehe! Awesome! Yknow I've heard a rumor that dolphins are quite active in this area and I've always wanted to see one in real life!"

L: "They ARE fairly common around here! Hopefully we can find some, I really like hanging out with them!"

S: "Well maybe we will get lucky and find some! I'm sure they would love to meet me! Hehe!"

L: "Alright, let's get looking for some dolphins!" Cirrus brings Steve under again, going a bit faster along the seabed and looking around for any signs of dolphins.

S: *Steve of course took a deep breath before he's submerged... and only after a couple of seconds they happen to find a cute dolphin pod swimming around and having a good time...which made Steve's eyes go wide in shock and smile happily*

L: Cirrus smiles too and approaches the dolphins fairly slowly, hoping his size won't end up scaring them off.

S: *the dolphins don't get too scared, in fact they seem to be smiling, and Steve wags his tail happily...when cirrus gets close enough he pets on particular dolphin*

L: The dolphin cuddles with Steve, letting out some happy squeaks. Another swims right up to Cirrus' face to get a better look at him.

S: *Steve's smile widens more as he happily pets the dolphin, wrapping his little arms around them in a big hug*

L: The dolphin with Steve happily lets some bubbles loose from their blowhole. Soon the whole pod comes over to see Steve and Cirrus.

S: *Steve couldn't be happier at the dolphins, petting all of them as tiny bubbles escape his nostrils, giving the dolphin he hugged a little kiss as well*

L: Cirrus is having a great time as well, giggling a little from all the dolphins poking at him.

S: *Steve giggles as well, enjoying himself, but after a couple minutes underwater the pain in his lungs became a reality, his face turning red and bubbles escaping his nose and mouth, grunting a bit from strain*

L: The dolphin that had been cuddling Steve seems to recognize that he needs air, and even knows how to give some, offering its blowhole for him to breathe from.

S: "Mm?" *Steve was confused on why the dolphin was offering their blowhole to them, he's never shared air before and is unsure what to do*

L: Not really having any way to teach Steve, the dolphin changes their mind, instead offering to let him hold onto them so they can bring him up, not knowing that Cirrus would if asked.

S: *trying to piece together what just happened he eventually just holds onto the dolphin*

L: The dolphin brings Steve up to the surface. Cirrus notices this happening, and follows the pair up. "Well that's nice of them to help you!"

S: *he gasps for air*
"I wasn't sure what the little dolphin was offering me...they showed me their blowhole and I didn't know what to do... I was low on air too..."

L: "I saw that, I think they wanted to give you some of their air. If it happens again, try pressing your mouth on it like you're kissing, and then breathing in."

S: "And you can get air like that? Interesting... imma have to try it next time then..."

L: Unfortunately, it seems the dolphins intend on leaving. The one Steve is holding gets out of his grip, making sure he has a moment to know to start swimming, and pokes his face with their snout as if they were giving him a goodbye kiss.

S: *luckily he got enough time for that*
"Wait, they look like they gonna leave?! No! I don't want them to leave so soon! I can't have that!!" *he starts to cry softly, it seems he really feel on love with the dolphins he met*

L: The dolphin seems to recognize Steve's sadness, and gives him a hug with their flippers.

Cirrus: "Yeah, I kind of want them to stay too... But, whatever it is that dolphins do, we shouldn't keep them from that. Besides, like I said before, they're fairly easy to find around here, you don't have to worry about not seeing more."

S: "I know but...this particular dolphin I'm hugging, I felt a really good connection with for some reason..." *he hugs the dolphin back, trying to hold back tears as he does*

L: "I'm sure you'll see them again sometime! Look, they've got a little discolored spot on their chin, that'll make them pretty easy to recognize!"

S: *he sighs sadly* "Yeah I guess so, I'm just gonna miss this little thing..." *he nuzzles the dolphin one last time and giving them a kiss*

L: The dolphin finally lets go of Steve, waving a flipper to him before taking a breath and diving under to rejoin their pod, which is beginning to swim off.

S: "Aww man...I'm so sad they are gone, oh well, let's head for--" *but just before Steve could finish his sentence, his parents are standing on the shoreline! Looking rather upset* "U-uh...c-cirrus?"

L: Cirrus looks over at the shore. "...Those are your parents, aren't they? How did they even know... O-oh boy, we're both gonna be in trouble..." Cirrus brings Steve back to the shore, setting him down before shrinking to 10% of normal size, meekly looking at Steve's parents.

S: "Uhhh...hi mom....dad"
Steve's mom - "How could you do this to us?! We trusted you to follow the rules, and now your hanging out with a complete stranger? Yknow your supposed to be home at all times when we're away!"

L: (I got you. Playing a lot of characters is a pain)

Steve's dad: "And you too, you... Weird dragon, how dare you bring our son out here without even talking to us!?"

Cirrus is blushing intensely and looking away. "...S-sorry... H-he said he wanted to have fun, s-so I brought him swimming... H-he loved it, if that makes it any better..."

S: Steve - "Yeah! I had the time of the life!"

Steve's mom - "Hmmph! This ain't about fun! It's about respecting the rules we have in place for you! I thought we could trust you, but clearly not! Your grounded! No wait...we have to think of a proper punishment for you and this...stupid dragon!"

Steve - "Oh no..."

L: Steve's dad: "First of all, we're not letting you meet with whoever this dragon is again, you're gonna get hurt! Look at the spikes on them, for crying out loud!"

Cirrus: "H-hey, I was never gonna let anything happen to him! I know what I'm doing, I'm over 500!"

S: Steve's mom - "Over 500?? Ha! I find that hard to believe, I mean you look dangerous! Our son should never ever be near you!"

Steve - "Guys come on! Cirrus is friendly! He's the bestest friend I could ever have! Don't take him away from me!" *he looks up at cirrus with tearful eyes*

L: Steve's dad: "It's for your own good, Steve, nothing can come of you being friends with him but you getting into trouble!"

Cirrus is starting to tear up a little too. "That's not true! When Steve and I met, I was trapped in a bottle of water, and I would've drowned if he hadn't found me!" He goes tiny to prove that that could've happened.

S: Steve's mom - "an unlikely story... stop your lieing already! I could trap you in that same bottle of water again, along with this good for nothing son! What do you think honey?" *she turns to Steve's dad*

Steve - "Don't do this to us!! Please! Cirrus is innocent!!" *he tears up more, hugging cirrus tightly as tears come down his face*

L: Steve's dad pries Steve's fingers off Cirrus, then grabs the dragon himself. "Stuffing this dragon back in a bottle sounds perfect."

Cirrus is being held tightly enough that he has difficulty breathing. "...N-not...L-lying...!"

S: Steve's mom - "And it's a good job I brought, this along!" *she pulls out a shrink way and aims it at steve*

Steve - "No! No! No!" *it fires and now Steve is tiny, although cirrus is still much bigger then him*

Steve's mom - "Now we can stuff them both inside! Haha!"

L: Steve's dad picks him up, though of course he's a bit more gentle about it than with Cirrus. "Perfect... And I bet there's a bottle we can use nearby too!" It doesn't take too long to find one, and Steve's dad points it out to his wife. "My hands are full here, could you get that and fill it?"

Cirrus is starting to blush from having the air squeezed out of him, struggling to get loose. "...C-can't...B-breathe!"

S: Steve - "Cirrus no!"

Steve's mom - "No problem honey..." *she fills the water bottle up with water* "Alright it's all set! Time to teach them a lesson!"

L: Steve's dad: "You first, dragon..." Cirrus is shoved into the bottle without getting a chance to breathe, his lungs already nearly empty. He's kept from surfacing by Steve's dad putting a finger in the bottle's opening.

"And, you too, Steve. Here's what'll end up happening if you stay out here swimming." Steve's dad dumps him into the bottle as well, unblocking it for just a moment to do so before then putting the cap on.

S: *there's luckily a small surface that's just enough for Steve to breathe from by putting his head in it*
Steve - "Hey!! Let us outta here!! LET US OUTTA HERE!!! I hate small spaces!"

L: Steve's dad doesn't say anything.

Cirrus whines, unable to fit his head in the tiny air pocket and knowing it won't last forever regardless.

S: *Steve's mom doesn't say anything either...*

"Cirrus!!" *he looks down at the dragon struggling, hoping I'll help, he gently grabs cirrus and lifts him to the tiny air pocket, with help he's actually able to breech his head up there too, but only if Steve holds onto him*

L: Cirrus isn't able to fit much more than his nostrils above the surface, and he takes only shallow breaths, the air pocket visibly shrinking and growing with his breathing. What height he's gotten is barely enough to talk clearly, at least. "I-I'm so sorry Steve, th-this is all my fault!"

S: "No...no cirrus this...t-this isn't your fault! I just didn't expect my parents to be back so soon...and now...were both stuck in this together....I should be the one who's sorry cirrus... I didn't wanna drag you into one of my parent's harsh punishments...."

L: "I didn't think it'd be THIS bad if they found out! I'm not sure they're gonna let me out of here!" The air in the pocket is starting to warm up a little as its oxygen is used.

S: *Steve is having a hard time breathing in the stale air*
"I-i didn't think so either! But my parents punishments are pretty bad...ugh...the air is getting stale, i-it won't be long before we have to submerge...and I really don't wanna!!" *tears fill in Steve's eyes*

L: "Y-you still have it better than me...hah... Th-they're gonna let you out, at least!" Cirrus starts to cry, though his eyes are underwater so Steve wouldn't be able to tell.

S: *but Steve does notice cirrus crying and frowns*
"I'm not too sure...i-if they are gonna let me out either, so I'm scared for my life!" *he hugs cirrus tightly* "I don't wanna go under, I'm gonna use all my air and drown I can feel it!"

L: "Th-they're gonna wait u-until the air's used up, w-we don't have a choice... W-we have to hope th-they'll let us out in time!"

S: "Oh no... I knew you were gonna say that...w-well as long as we have each other, i-i guess I'll try and stay calm about this then...cause seriously cirrus, your the best friend I could ever have...i-i love you!"

L: Cirrus blushes both from oxygen deprivation and Steve saying they love him. "I-I really like you too... I had a lot of fun showing you around the ocean..." He gives a nervous smile, trying his best to hug Steve as well.

S: "I-i had fun too cirrus... it was the best moment of my entire life... and I'll always remember it..." *Steve blushes from the lack of oxygen, then looks down* "i-i suppose if we hang around this pocket much longer it won't be too good for us... we better g-go under..."

L: "Y-yeah, this isn't gonna help much at this point..." Cirrus gets a deep breath, noticeably shrinking the air pocket some, and lets himself sink underwater.

S: *Steve takes the last breath of air, holding it in for dear life as he let's himself sink underwater too, staying close to cirrus*

L: Cirrus is already straining from holding in such stale air, his blush slowly spreading across his face. Even now, he can still hold his breath a pretty long time, but he knows he's not gonna be let out until he's at least going blue.

S: *a blush spreads across Steve's face as well, trying to keep his breath held as he whimpers softly*

L: Cirrus starts hugging Steve again, sort of wrapping his body around them. He looks up at Steve's parents, hoping they'll show mercy before things get even worse.

S: *Steve hugs cirrus back tightly, bubbles trickling from his nostrils, looking at his parents with a pleading gaze, which they both look unfazed*

L: With his own lungs already getting a slight burning, Cirrus can only imagine how much worse it must be for Steve with such a shorter breath holding time. Without having told them how to get air from beings other than dolphins, he's not sure he'll even be able to give the lizard a breath.

S: *he's already very low on air, his anxiety has made his time lessen more and more, grunting from strain and whimpering more as bubbles escape him*

L: Cirrus covers Steve's mouth for them, his paw big enough to get their nose as well. He gestures to his mouth, then theirs, hoping they'll figure out he wants to give them air.

S: *remembering what cirrus told him in the ocean about sharing air, he nods his head quickly, seeming to get the idea, while also visibly smiling at cirrus for helping him keep his nose and mouth shut*

L: Uncovering Steve's mouth, Cirrus presses his lips to theirs and exhales into Steve, careful not to push enough air into him that it'll hurt him. Although being given such stale air likely wouldn't do much...

S: *Steve's eys go wide at the kiss, but eventually relaxes into it, letting the air flow into him even if it isn't much, it does reduce the redness in his face to a light shade of red, he can't help but give cirrus a kiss back, cirrus feeling it as he smiles a bit*

L: Cirrus feels pretty awkward about kissing a child, and tries not to think about it much, his blush getting quite a bit more intense. He shyly smiles at Steve, hoping he won't have to give them air much more.

S: *Steve shyly smiles back, nuzzling him as a way of saying thank you, bubbles trickle from his nostrils as he keeps his mouth sealed shut, trying to last for as long as possible*

L: With Steve doing a bit better, Cirrus heads back up to try to push the bottle's cap off, and while he does get it to move a little, Steve's dad just holds it in place. "You're not going anywhere."

S: Steve's mom - "Don't even think about it! You're staying right there for a while longer!"

Steve - "Mmmm...." *he whimpers softly at their voice, their face quickly returning to a deep red color from anxiety*

L: Cirrus bangs on the underside of the cap a couple times, then takes in some of the mostly-used air before going back down to comfort Steve. While the dragon is whining some, he does his best to stay calm.

S: he's visibly very sad, you can't tell he's crying, but he's still very upset none the less, his air getting lower and lower despite trying to keep it in him, he looks up at cirrus with a worried look*

L: With a nod, Cirrus gives Steve another air kiss, knowing it'll help even less than before but prepared to do this as many times as his own lungs will allow.

S: *the air at this point is pretty much worthless, only the tiniest bit helping while the rest is all history, causing Steve to whimper even more loudly then before, the parents meanwhile see their almost blue faces by now*

L: Steve's dad looks to his wife. "...I think that's enough, at least for Steve. That dragon though... He deserves a bit more time in there. What do you think?"

Cirrus' eyes go wide when he hears that, and he hopes that Steve's mom will decide to let him out too.

S: Steve's mom - "I agree, I think Steve deserves to be let out finally, we'll keep the dragon in there for now and just let our son see his suffering! Hehe!"

*Steve's eyes go wide at hearing that, looking at cirrus as he frowns sadly*

L: Cirrus is happy at least Steve is going to be let out, and brings him up to the top of the bottle, knowing Steve's parents won't let him out if it'd risk Cirrus escaping.

Steve's dad takes the cap off the bottle to let his son out. "Climb on out and we'll get you back to normal size, but you'll be sticking around to watch HIM struggle in there."

S: *Steve gasps for air and climbs out of the bottle, which was soon sealed back up by Steve's dad...then Steve's mom zaps Steve back to normal size*

Steve's mom - "There! Now watch that stupid dragon suffer!"

Steve - "Cirrus..." *he tears up*

L: Steve's dad: "This is what you get for putting our boy in danger!"

Cirrus covers his muzzle while pressing his other paw against the side of the bottle, starting to shiver as his face turns blue. His cheeks repeatedly expand and deflate as he rebreathes the air in them, all the stress having brought him close to his limit much sooner than normal.

S: *suddenly Steve's mood changes, he has to save his best friend!*
"Alright that's it! I can't take this anymore!" *with a swift move, he grabs the bottle and runs away as fast as can with it*

Steve's mom - "Hey what the?!"

L: Steve's dad is stunned for a moment, then takes off after Steve. "Hey, HEY! GET BACK HERE!"

Cirrus is slammed against the side of the bottle as it's grabbed, knocking out a cloud of bubbles from him. He just barely keeps himself from gasping, but clearly won't be able to hold that off much longer.

S: "Ahhhh!!!!" *Steve runs as fast as he can, while also twisting the cap off from the bottle, starting to pour the water out to let cirrus free*

L: Cirrus flies from the bottle as soon as he can, loudly gasping, before returning to his full size and keeping pace with Steve, flying next to him. "G-get on!"

Steve's dad is gradually catching up, now even more mad. "Don't you dare, dragon! You've done enough!"

S: *Steve's mom is right beside her husband, she's surprisingly fast*
Steve's mom -"Don't you do it!!"

Steve - "Get me outta here cirrus!!" *he hurriedly climbs on cirrus, fear in his face*

L: Cirrus quickly flies some distance up, getting out of the reach of Steve's parents and continuing to ascend.

Steve's dad grabs a rock and throws it at Cirrus, though it doesn't reach, and his yelling fades out as Cirrus and Steve gain height.

S: *slowly Steve's feat subsides as his parents come out of view*
"Phew...that was close! Thank you cirrus!"

L: Cirrus is still catching his breath from nearly drowning. "Th-thank you too... I-I really think they were gonna drown me... But... Now what do we do? You're just gonna be punished again if we go back..."

S: "I had to save my best friend, i couldnt just sit there and watch...n-now, I-i don't know what to do... I don't wanna be punished again... I've got a feeling they are gonna ground me for life and give me harsh punishments every day! I don't want that!" *he whimpers sadly*

L: "...Do you want to stay at my place for a while? Just until we figure out what we want to do."

S: "Y-you'll let me stay over at your place? W-well I think I'll like that very much... anywhere is better then where my parents live..."

L: "It's... More than a little old-fashioned, and pretty remote, but it should be fine for now." Cirrus starts flying toward his home, going a bit faster than when he'd flown Steve before.

S: *Steve holds on tight as cirrus flies pretty fast, he doesn't celebrate the fast speed this time tho as he's still recovering from the horrible experience earlier*
"Thanks cirrus, I appreciate you so much"

L: Since he can't safely go as fast with Steve as he can on his own, it takes about half an hour of flying before Cirrus descends, ending up in a forest next to what seems to be a fairly small temple. "Alright, we're finally here."

S: "Wow... looks like a cozy little place...I think imma make myself nice and comfortable here!" *he climbs off cirrus to get a better look at the small temple once cirrus got close to the ground*

L: Cirrus goes to 10% of his normal size. "This place is even older than I am, and it was in a rough state when I found it. Fixed it up myself, took the better part of a year."

S: "Well it looks pretty good for being that old, I will give that!" *Steve walks up to the door of the place*

L: Cirrus opens the door to let Steve in. Inside, a large natural spring takes up most of the middle, with several side passages on a path near the walls.

S: "Wow...look at this place...it's so...ancient, but I like it!" *he happily steps inside the place, looking around*

L: "Never really been certain what sort of temple this is, or who it belonged to, but no one's ever come to claim it, and the owner's probably long gone by now." Cirrus follows Steve inside, closing the door behind him.

S: "Well it's a cool place I'll tell you that much! Much better then my parents place...which doesn't have any fun stuff in it at all! It's annoying if you ask me" *Steve walks up to the spring, looking at it closely*

L: The spring seems like it'd fit about a third of Cirrus if he were at his full size, and appears to be about 10 feet deep. "Got video games here too, if you're interested. Them being invented finally convinced me to get solar panels a while back."

S: "...did you say video games?! Omg awesome! I never got the chance to play them and have always wanted to! And this spring seems pretty comfy to relax in..."

L: Cirrus smiles. "It's mostly casual stuff, I'm not very good, but I always love getting to see new worlds through them. Of course, we can just relax for a while if that's what you want."

S: "That's pretty cool, I mean I wouldn't mind checking out some games you play! Any game would be great!"

L: "It's gonna be nice to do multiplayer stuff for once, that's pretty rare for me. My gaming stuff is this way." Cirrus leads Steve down one of the halls.

S: *Steve eagerly follows him*
"Oooh! I can't wait!"

L: After several hours of gaming together, Cirrus and Steve come back out to the main room. "Man, that was great! I can't believe how good you are for that being your first time with video games!"

S: "Hey, I'm a kid, I guess video games are just natural for me haha! You did good too! Say um, I wanna talk to you about something, how about we relax in that spring? It's been calling my name..."

L: "I could go for a bit of soaking, myself." Cirrus floats to the spring, settling down into it and leaning back against the edge, his spikes slotting into small holes.

S: *Steve settles down into the spring as well, leaning against the wall a bit and letting out a happy sigh* "Ahh...this feels nice..." *he's next to cirrus as he smiles*

L: "Always been glad this place just happens to have such a nice spring in it, something about it is a lot more relaxing than most other bodies of water I've found..."

S: "Mmmhm... anyways I wanted to talk you about my parents...I'm thinking of getting some revenge for what they did to me..."

L: "Yeah, we can't just let that go, they need to see for themselves what you've gone through because of them. Do you have anything in mind?"

S: "Well...I was sort of thing of giving them a taste of their own medicine, like trapping them underwater like they did with us! To see for themselves how dangerous it is to be close to drowning...only this time...maybe we actually do let them drown..." *he laughs evilly*

L: "Perfect! We'll bring them back up before they're in any serious danger, but other than that I really like that idea!"

S: "Hehehe, perfect! This is gonna be sooo good! But we have to do it when they least expect it...like they did with us!"

L: "We'll have to think of the perfect time. You know them better than I do, so I suppose it'll be up to you. I imagine you still want to stay the night here, so you've got plenty of time to figure it out."

S: "Yeah... I think first thing tommorw morning is when we should strike, when my parents are just starting to wake up, they don't have a lot of energy in them, so I think that'll be a perfect time right there, and yeah if you don't mind I do wanna spend the night...heh"

L: "Sounds good to me! Now, my actual bed is sized for when I'm tiny, but I do have a sleeping bag for when guests come over, so you can use that."

S: "Aw darn it... my parents made me sleep in a sleeping bag and not on an actual bed...I was actually looking forward to sleep on a real bed..." *he's clearly sad about this, whimpering quietly*

L: "Jeez, really? I don't have a bed that'd fit you... Oh, I have an idea! Let me go dry off real quick." Cirrus floats outside and flies extremely fast for a little while, the wind drying him off, and when he comes back he goes to his full size. "You could use me as a bed, if you want!"

S: *his mouth drops open*
"I-i can use you as a bed?? H-how could I do that? I mean your body looks...well very warm and soft but how could I get comfy?"

L: "I mean, um... Hm. I didn't actually think of that part... Wait, no, I've got it!" Cirrus goes to medium size again and flies into another room, coming back with a blanket that's about as big as would be expected for a typical bed. He then switches to full size and curls up on the floor, getting the blanket on top of himself. "Maybe something like this would work?"

S: "Hmmm, I guess I'll give it a try..." *he climbs on cirrus and lays down under the blanket, his tiny body able to lay down fully on cirrus, nuzzling close as he sighs happily* "Ahhh...."

L: "Never actually had someone try to sleep on top of me before, this is nice... Let me know if you want me to move in some way."

S: "This is perfect for now...thank you cirrus, your the best!" *he kisses cirrus's body before immediately drifting off to sleep*

L: Having had a fairly exhausting day, Cirrus quickly falls asleep as well, thankfully not meaningfully shifting at any point during his sleep.

S: *the next day slowly arrives as they both wake up, yawning*
"Ahhh, wow! That was the best night sleep I've ever had!"

L: Cirrus starts to stretch a bit before remembering Steve is laying on him. "Good morning! Glad I made a good bed for you!"

S: "Morning cirrus! Thanks again for letting me sleep on you!" *he gets up and hops off of cirrus* "Ah perfect timing, my parents should just be waking up right now, we better get going on our plan!"

L: "Alright, we'll pick up the pace some from yesterday. Might want to get your goggles on to protect your eyes, I'm gonna go FAST on this trip!"

S: "Uhh, alright then! If you say so" *he picks up his goggles and lowers them over his eyes before climbing back on cirrus* "Hopefully I'll be able to hold on!"

L: Cirrus heads out of the temple and into the air. "I'm not gonna go full speed, but I'll go faster than before so hopefully your parents won't have fully woken up yet when we get there." Cirrus goes even faster than he had when he'd been bringing Steve to the temple.

S: "Whoaaa jeez!" *luckily his eyes are nice and protected as cirrus flies super fast, and it doesn't take long for them to reach Steve's parents home*
"We made it!" *he takes off his goggles and let's them rest on his forehead*

L: "Alright, how do we go about this? My idea is that you lure them out, and then I grab them while they're distracted, but we can try something else if you want."

S: "I think that'll do nicely, I'll go ahead inside and get them to come out here, then you grab them, and we will figure it out from there, alright?"

L: "Perfect, I'll be waiting above the door." Cirrus sets Steve down, then moves into position.

S: *giggling, Steve goes inside the house*
"Hey guys! I'm back home! Come and get me if you dare!"

L: Steve's dad looks over at him. "Oh, you're gonna get it now!" They start running toward him.

S: Steve's mom - "Get him!"

Steve - "Hehehe..." *he runs outside as his parents chase him, looking at cirrus briefly and waiting for him to do his part*

L: Once Steve's parents are outside, Cirrus grabs both of them. "Ha, got you!"

Steve's dad struggles in Cirrus' grip. "Damn it, it's that dragon again! You're gonna regret this once I'm out of here!"

S: *Steve skips over to cirrus and his parents with a smirk*
Steve's mom - "What's the meaning of this?!?! Let us go!"

Steve - "No way! After what you've put my through?? It's time to give you a taste of your own medicine! Hahaha!!"

L: Cirrus: "Time to see how YOU guys like almost drowning!" He hovers down a bit so Steve can get onto him.

Steve's dad struggles even harder at that. "Don't you dare! You're gonna have it even worse than yesterday!"

S: *Steve climbs onto cirrus, giggling evilly*

Steve's mom - "I swear we will end you after we get outta here you hear me mister?! Your dead meat!"

Steve - "Blah blah! I'm not gonna listen to you! All I want to watch you struggle!"

L: Steve's dad: "I swear, BOTH of you, I'm gonna make you wish you'd never been born!"

Cirrus: "Maybe this'll teach you two to treat your son better!" He takes off for the ocean again. Once he arrives there, he looks back at Steve. "Alright, I can just hold these two under, no way they can outlast me."

S: "Wait I wanna help hold them down, I wanna piece of action!"

Steve's mom - "Son, you better not do this to your mother, or your father! Or else!!!"

Steve - "Pwease!!! I wanna do it so badly!"

L: Steve's dad: "Like you could even pin either of us!"

Cirrus: "If you think you can, I'm fine with it. Any preference which one?"

S: "My dad, 100%!"

Steve's mom - "You can't do it!! Your a weakling!"

Steve - "Oh you don't know what I'm capable of..." *he laughs evilly again*

L: Cirrus: "Okay, if you really think you can..." He drops Steve's dad onto the sand with an audible thud.

Steve's dad immediately rushes Steve. "Oh, you're in for it now!"

S: *he hops off cirrus and smirks, then with impressive strength picks up his dad off the sand and towards the water, getting a very good grip on him as he can't move at all*

L: Steve's dad fights to get loose, but still can't move. "H-how the hell!?"

Cirrus' eyes go wide. "Oh, WOW you're strong! I guess the issue before this was having both of them going for you at once, huh?"

S: "Yes! That's exactly what it is! They shouldn't have made me take weight training and now I'm super strong! But not strong enough to handle both my mom and dad, only one of them, heh..."

Steve's mom - "Yeah I'm regretting that now, but your still in for it!"

L: Cirrus, to Steve's mom: "Ah, shut it, you're gonna be needing that air soon."

Steve's dad: "Don't you talk to her that way, damn it!"

S: Steve - "Shut up dad! Gosh I can't wait to not hear your annoying voice anymore! Dang!"

Steve's mom - "Whatcha talking about?? Your not actually gonna do this right???"

L: Steve's dad is actually speechless at what Steve just said to him.

Cirrus: "You seemed pretty ready to drown me, so now we're gonna be drowning you two. Fair, right?"

S: "Uhhh no! Not fair at all!"

Steve - "Hmmm, seems pretty fair to me! Alright cirrus let's do this already!! I'm ready to go!"

L: Cirrus: "Yeah, it's about time we got on with this." He forces Steve's mom underwater, hardly even giving her a chance to get a breath first.

Steve's dad: "No, let go of her!"

S: "Down you go too dad! Hahaha!" *he forces his dad underwater and holds him firmly down there, hardly giving him a chance to breathe as well*

L: Cirrus: "I'm sure this won't take too long, but we've got all the time we need~"

Steve's dad fiercely struggles, bubbles trailing from his lips, but it's for nothing.

S: "This is so great!! Look at them down there struggling, I believe they are terrible breath holders so yes, this shouldn't take long~"

*Steve's mom struggles under cirrus's grip, trying to escape but is unsuccessful, bubbles escaping her*

L: Sure enough, both of Steve's parents are starting to blush before long, all the struggling quickly draining their oxygen.

"Oh wow, yeah, that's kind of pathetic. I mean, they're using a lot of effort, so that's cutting it down some, but man..."

S: "Yep... that was one thing that were embressed about, being horrible at breath holding...even without interruption they can probably last like 1 minute and a half at best"

*lots of bubbles come up as Steve's parents continue their struggle*

L: "Ha, this really isn't gonna take long, then!"

Steve's dad's blush is covering their entire face now, and his anger is clearly starting to turn to fear.

S: *same with Steve's mom, she's clearly getting scared as she's trying everything to hold her breath, a blush covering her entire face too*

"Nope! They are pretty pathetic! I've lasted way longer underwater my first time then they have as long as they currently been alive, which was a pretty long time

L: "Not sure if I mentioned before, but you were getting better at that pretty quick! I'm looking forward to seeing just how good you can get!"

Steve's dad tries to cover his mouth, but he still can't move, and just tries to press his lips against his shoulder instead.

S: "I guess this is something that's natural to me! Haha! Look at my dad trying to cover his mouth down there, man this is funny!"

*Steve's mom tries to do the same but is unsuccessful*

L: "Think they're both just about there..."

Steve's dad's face is turning blue, and his anger is now entirely outweighed by the fear of being so close to drowning, bubbles streaming from his lips as he approaches his limit.

S: *Steve's mom is close to drowning as well, whimpering and whining as she's approaching her limit*

"Should we let them breathe? Cause honestly I wanna see them drown..."

L: "It's up to you, they're your parents, not mine. If you want them to drown, then that's what we'll have happen."

Steve's dad can't hold his breath any more, blowing out all his air in clouds of bubbles. He hasn't inhaled yet, but he's clearly about to.

S: "Honestly...they've been so mean to me all my life, and I don't even love them at all... and I don't wanna have all these dumb rules in place, so yes, I say let's drown them, they truly deserve it..."

*Steve's mom can't hold her breath anymore either, letting it all out, but doesn't inhale, still determined to last for a bit longer*

L: "Yeah, from what I've seen, I agree, they had this coming."

Steve's dad shakes his head in an intense struggle to hold on a little longer, but he finally can't. His mouth opens wide, and he gasps down water with enough force that the surface deforms with the sudden current. He coughs it out, then just inhales more, desperately squirming in Steve's grip.

S: *Steve's mom struggles under cirrus's grip as she finally inhales water too, trying to cough it out but just ends up inhaling more of it*

"Looks like they're drowning, I'm so happy this is happening right now..."

L: Cirrus: "Even knowing how drowning feels, I'm glad we're doing this too."

The choking and gurgling is subtly audible from both of Steve's parents despite Steve and Cirrus not being underwater themselves. Steve's dad looks up at his son with wide, fearful eyes, clearly begging to be let up as he gasps another lungful of water.

S: "It's music to my ears, looking at them trying to plead, it's not gonna work on us today! Haha!"

*Steve's mom looks up at them with a pleading expression, almost cute like, still gulping down water in the process*

L: "Once they look like they're about to pass out, we should bring them up. I'm not comfortable forcing them any farther than that."

Steve's dad's struggles are beginning to slow down as his lack of oxygen becomes more severe, his whole body starting to gain a slight blue tint.

S: *Steve rolls their eyes and sighs*
"Fine, hopefully they will have learned their lesson by then..."

L: "Not like we can only punish them once! We'll do stuff like this as many times as it takes for them to start treating you better."

Steve's dad is breathing more normally now, slowly sucking water in and blowing it out as if it were air. He's too weak to struggle any more, blearily staring up at Steve.

S: "Heh, good point..."

*Steve's mom is also breathing more normally as well, too weak to struggle too*

"Should we let them up then now?"

L: "Think this'll be enough for now, yeah." Cirrus raises Steve's mom out of the water, at which point she quickly begins to cough out what's in her lungs so she can finally get the air she so badly needs.

S: *Steve raises up his dad out of the water too, watching both of his parents gasp in the air heavily*

L: Cirrus sets Steve's mom down, watching her recover.

Steve's dad is the first to manage to say something. "Wh... Wh-what did we d-do... T-to deserve that?"

S: *Steve sets his dad down*

Steve's mom - "Y-yeah! W-why did you do t-that?!"

Steve - "Shut up! You both deserve it for many reasons! Now are you guys gonna treat me better or do you need another dunking?!"

L: Cirrus looms over Steve's parents menacingly. "We'll get you breathing water as many times as it takes."

Steve's dad is about to just yell at Steve again, but with the pain in his lungs, and knowing there's no way he'll overpower Cirrus... He sighs. "Fine, if it'll keep you two from doing that again."

S: Steve's mom - "Seriously honey? Your gonna let them intimate you?! I'm still not afraid of them! In fact I wasn't even scared that I almost drowned!"

Steve - "Ha! Oh really??" *he looks at cirrus with an evil smile*

L: Steve's dad: "...You're right, what the hell am I thinking? We should-GHK!" Cirrus grabs Steve's parents again and lifts them up to be level with his head. "Haven't had enough yet, huh? We can do this all day. Steve, we drowning them again or trying something else?"

S: "Seeing as they still haven't learned, let's drown them again! Haha!"

Steve's mom - "Grrr...don't you dare to that again!"

Steve - "Yknow you could say I'm sorry and not have ridiculous rules in place and this could be all over..."

L: Steve's dad once again tries to get out of Cirrus' grip. "Never! Those rules are to keep you safe!"

Cirrus: "More drowning it is, then. Maybe we should do it in a different way this time, figure out what one is their least favorite?"

S: Steve - "Hmm good idea, but how should it be different this time? Maybe making them go deeper in the water?"

Steve's mom - "Grrr!!! I don't wanna go through this again!!" *she struggle hard against cirrus's grip*

L: Steve's dad: "Damn it, don't freakin' drown us again!"

Cirrus: "Deeper sounds good! It's a good thing you can outlast both of your parents, otherwise this would be tough. And hey, you two, all you have to do is apologize and we can be done."

S: Steve - "Exactly!"

Steve's mom - "I do not wanna go through this again, especially since we're gonna be deeper, yknow what I'm sorry! I won't do anything of this stuff again!"

L: Steve's dad: "Y-you're right, I can't do another drowning... I'm sorry too..."

Cirrus pauses. "...Well... What do you think, Steve? Is that genuine?"

S: Steve - "Hmmm... I can tell someone is lieing pretty easily...and these guys? *there's a pause for dramatic effect* They aren't lying...they mean it...I can tell immediately by their voices"

L: Cirrus: "...Guess that's it, then." He sets Steve's parents back on the ground. "So, you're gonna be treating your son properly?"

Steve's dad: "I-if it keeps you away from us."

S: Steve- "Uh uh, you've gotta let me see cirrus anytime I want to! You can't stop me from seeing him understand?!"

Steve's mom- "Oh fine!"

L: Steve's dad: "I don't really think we'd be able to stop him anyway, so, fine."

Cirrus: "I'll come by every now and then to make sure things have changed, and that they don't just go back to how they were."

S: Steve - "And if things aren't different when cirrus comes by, it's back in the drink for both of you, GOT IT!!?"

Steve's mom - "O-ok ok! Jeez!"

L: Steve's dad: "O-of course, yeah!"

Cirrus: "Good. Steve, you want me to fly you back home? And have your parents earned getting flown back too?"

S: Steve - "Pffft earned it?! Nah! You can fly me home, but they can walk back to their place! Hahaha!"

Steve's mom - "WHAT!?"

L: Steve's dad: "Oh, come on!"

Cirrus: "Haha, that's exactly what I was thinking too, Steve!" He hovers down to let Steve on. Steve's dad tries to climb on as well, but a glare from Cirrus stops him.

S: *Steve climbs on cirrus*

Steve - "Hehe! Alright let's go!"

L: Cirrus floats up, but looks at Steve's parents again before going anywhere. "By the way, first order of business for you two: Get your son a proper bed. He says he's been stuck with a sleeping bag his whole life, and that's gonna be changing."

Steve's dad: "Fine, whatever you say..."

S: Steve's mom - "Whatever!!"

Steve - "yes! Thanks cirrus, hehe!"

L: Cirrus happily flies off to bring Steve back to their home, glad to have made their life so much better.
