Cirrus sometimes likes to shrink down and relax in bottles of water for a while, but it leaves him pretty vulnerable when he does; because he can't grow in a space he wouldn't fit, anyone can just walk up and close the bottle to trap him inside. Eventually, that actually happened, leaving Cirrus stuck with extremely limited air for almost an hour by now! The air at the top is almost entirely used up, to the point that he's not going to bother breathing it again unless he gets desperate. He sits still and tries to relax to last longer, hoping someone will come by where he's at and let him out fairly soon...

Cirrus is happy at least Steve is going to be let out, and brings him up to the top of the bottle, knowing Steve's parents won't let him out if it'd risk Cirrus escaping.
