He's smart...not going to say he isn't. He's very conniving; that's clearly been proven—in fact, repeatedly. He's very convincing—using a combination of charm, charisma and his target's weakness to extract what he wants from them. He is indeed a controlling puppetmaster, which makes that panel apt. He's absolutely no less dangerous, let me make that clear. In fact, that might be why he's getting away with so much—BECAUSE he's so unassuming and under so many radars(Height probably helps. 😏).
