Anyways, Fox McCloud realized he had no toilet paper when his private time was suddenly interrupted by Peppy Hare barging in and yelling, "Have a paper roll!". Normally, Fox would be shocked or embarrassed that someone walked in on him but because he's so used to Peppy's weird antics, he's at best mildly annoyed.
