I had hopes to have this finished by Halloween but as it may, chance decided against me (a.k.a I totally forgot about it and took up commissions instead). So, I'll upload this as a -WIP- and update as it gets done. Just a gift to my friends out there.
Ever tried showing this off to someone in the animation industry ? This could be a whole main cast of a new toon show in 90's style .. Remember how toons like swat cats and cops and dick tracy were the bomb back in the day.. Well a show just like that just mash it up but still with that vintage look like what they did with the anime The Big O..
Just my 50 cents idea

Oh wicked awesome! I adore the 20's. 1910 to 1950 is like my favorite time peroid. The fashion, attitude and general feel of people back then feels so much more real. Very nice use of 20's vintage <3

Generally the fashion between the 20s and 40s didn't change 'too' much in regards to men's fashion, but it is most certainly not the 50s, especially with the females (Robyn dressed as a flapper). If anything the lastest would be the mid 30s. The 'newsboy' hat started in the 20's as well as people often wearing feathers in their hats.
When making this pic, all those years ago, I did some pretty deep researching.

Ah, but the outward bill didn't start until the late 40's-early 50s, they held a concealed bill till then (some were fitted with pockets).
The flapper girl and stewardess are wonderfully done, but the newscap and jackets portend to later on down the line. I will message with why I know this... It will make more sense, but I am not okay with sharing private parts of my life openly.

I love this pic, you make every piece look like its from the 1920's but at same time each character look unique and got their own sense of style. Fantastic job, I envy your ability to draw clothing!
