After Bunnie was deroboticized, she considered undergoing legionization. Personally, I find this to be a waste as more could've been done with a fully organic Bunnie.
In the Moebius universe, Bunnie and Omega's counterparts were used into one character. I reused this idea by modifying Chaos Gamma from Sonic Battle into Bunnie's mech suit. That way, Bunnie can keep the Rabbot name without having to sacrifice her limbs.
In Sonic Battle, Chaos Gamma was empowered by Chaos Emerald shards. And in the reboot of the Archie Comics, Omega's power source was Chaos Drives. This was likely a nod to the fact that he worked for G.U.N at the time. Knowing this, the same rules can apply for Chaos Gamma.

The Anti-mobian universe look pretty foreshadowing about the derobotized bunnie outcome. Imagine if bunnie agree to combine/pilot Omega? later story will witness Anti-bunnie and see her outcome to rethink of living in Omega's body.
But like any comic status quote they find many ways to revert her back to her robot arms and legs to normal state if the story still going.

Ah, you mean Buns Rabbot from Moebius. As for Bunnie, she had just gotten her organic limbs back, but she felt she wasn't useful unless she sacrificed her arm and legs. If she had undergone legionization, she wouldn't had learned how to adjust to organic limbs.
And yeah, I can definitely see the Iron Man inspiration with Bunnie. :)
