Back in 2018, I designed a ringmaster outfit for the Joker, as winner of that year's Halloween Countdown. I ended up really liking how it looked and in order to keep it from being just a one-time thing on an IP I don't own, I repurposed it for my own clown character, JoJo, also as a means of doing more with the character designs from my 2014 countdown. I won't go too heavy into details but this look would be once both halves of JoJo become separated and the evil, manic side takes on a ringmaster persona.
