WATCHER: "How's the drawings?"

CHIPPY: "I haven't drawn anything" ^^

WATCHER: "Oh, you haven't?"

CHIPPY: "No"

WATCHER: "You haven't drawn your characters in a while"

Hm... As of writing, my last drawing of Gene and Co. was uploaded,

"Made Public: 1 week, 2 days ago"

Oh my.

And my last ACO?

"Made Public: "Made Public: 4 days, 22 hrs ago"

Well then ...I suppose time flies when one engages oneself in activities that are actually enjoyable and don't reflect one's low IQ and inability to draw a straight line (not that many characters are drawn with straight lines, but let's not be nit-picky). ^^

So what have I been doing?

Yesterday, I walked around the wetlands (for exercise ...because I broke my treadmill and dread replacing it), and I watched a movie (the 1995 'Jumanji'...I'm unsure what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I got! XD).

Other than that, with my spare time, I've been doing things like restocking on Neopets, window shopping vintage pencils, and building Lego (finally got around to putting set 41101 together).
I've also demothball'd my Pokemon decks. I haven't played any games yet, but who knows what tomorrow will bring (yes, I can play one-player---my ST memory really is that bad)? Stuff like that.

Drawing ...just hasn't seemed like an appealing way to spend time.

This is also reflected in the fact I've been drawing head-and-shoulder shots more and more frequently. Such scrawls are easy-peasy; I don't have to dig for poses or make too many practice sketches---I can just dive right in and write the subject off my draw list.

That is, again, when I feel like drawing. ^^

I didn't feel like drawing today, but I felt guilty for going so long (again) without an upload ...so, here's a quick scribble of Paul from the animated 'Angel Wings' series. ^^

...I like 'Angel Wings'. ^^

I recall watching the series on the INSP channel, along with 'Discovery Jones' and 'The Bedbug Bible Gang' ^^

Anyway, Paul was the angel who assigned tasks to the Angel Wings: young angels in training. Mostly, the Wings were tasked with delivering relevant messages from the bible to children who needed them (often to learn a lesson). To think of the Angel Wings as Heaven's version of the Care Bears wouldn't be too inaccurate. ^^

And, yes, I know my last ACO (Booga Booga Land) was from a Christian cartoon ...get used to these, for I'm wanting to mark a chunk of Christian characters from my draw list (also, I have NOT forgotten Little David, for the two watchers who want to see him---he's just a bit far down the list yet). :3

Pencil...

The featured pencil is a thick-core, polished-wood pencil from A.L. Salomon.

It's of note that the Salomon the stationary company was named after was a survivor of the Titanic sinking,

SOURCE: http://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/titanic-survivor/...

Perhaps an angel was looking out for Salomon? ;)

This pencil is named 'The Despatch'. The use of 'The' gives the pencil an air of seriousness, perhaps even a bit of foreboding ...I like it! ;D

The spelling 'D-E-S-P-A-T-C-H' is also interesting, as it's effectively obeselete, even among speakers of English,

http://www.differencebetween.net/language/words-langua...

It's taken as granted that 'Despatch' is synonymous with 'dispatch', ie, (to) 'send off to a destination or for a purpose'.
However, there is an alternative meaning that uses the 'D-E-S' spelling specifically: 'a payment of a ship’s owner to a charter party if a certain shipment is late for delivery'.

(of note: the Webster's dictionary installed on my Mac doesn't recognize the 'D-E-S' spelling)

I'm using the word in the former sense, as I feel it sits well on Paul (who is a sender, or dispatcher, of angels). :3

!!! "THE BEDBUG BIBLE GANG???!! !!!!
You HAVE to elaborate on this!! O.O
PLEASE!

Also they missed a bet when they didn't let Patrick Warburton do his voice.
I'll have to watch those a bit more cause look interesting.

Also interesting little bit of info on that word. Wonder if the Salomon the stationary company used that word on purpose.

I thought the movie ...was ok? It had some very unnatural dialogue that kinda took from the experience.

Well, I actually clicked the link,I've never seen that one before so it might have not been aired around here (could be wrong though), I watched another episode and they are indeed angels, with power to bear, like making a monster dissappear with a touch of a finger of blowing creating quite the wind.

Also the way the adult angels calls them, thank them for coming and give the missions, you just found another source of ripping used by the paw patrol, hahah I'm kidding(or am I? ;) ). Well, this is not blatant like the case of Poochy :D .
