Oh no *Laughs* From what I hear from our local, actually they'd kind of appreciate that he's coherent and has a sense of humor about the whole situation... The inebriates they hate are the ones that just yell abuse and make a mess of the place before collapsing into that mess.
So here's hoping that there actually are cops with a sense oh humor and a life sized bear plush between them ;)
