Seems Gene is sitting on a chair on the roof, enjoying some cup noodles.

The featured pencil is an A.W. Faber, 7300. Based on its number, this should be a 'Janus' pencil ...but what would that tricky little 'H' stand for?

We may never know, as this pencil has been ruined! D:

Faber?  as in Faber-Castell? cool  to see products put  out pre merger times(if  Castell  was indeed a separate company) and i believe "H" indicates lead hardness,or softness. the HB #2 pencil i'm looking at  now is pretty much the middle of the spectrum

XD The H on this pencil isn't in regards to its hardness, it's the first letter of a word, as indicated bu the quote punctuation around it.. I'm unsure what the word could be, though.

ok then I'm guessing it  could be "Hard" or "Handy"(course that might be too long) Been searching online  for  the same pencil,so far came up with zilch though plenty of old A.W Faber   pencils for sale.

It might be for 'Hohenzollern', though that'd mean this pencil is misnumbered.

I have a few very old ones, inc. one from Eagle and one from American Pencil Co. The other ...is missing, which is annoying because I have my favorite Zephyr in it. :p
