This is a rough sketch of Miss Ice Cream.
I drew this quickly, then erased the head and scribbled a new one on. I moved other things around as desired---just playing with the drawing.
The art, consequently, is quite dusty and sketchy (teehee!), but I like rough cartoon art now and then. I mean, my other quickies are basically made the same, but undergo fewer corrections and/or changes of mind.
Speaking of quickies, I deleted about 30 or so from my scraps today---mostly Gene comics, along with some Timmy drawings; stuff no longer desired.
Pencil...
A very early Venus pencil from American Pencil Co., likely among the first ever made (second edition or so).
Venus was introduced in 1905. This pencil would be from around that time, based on its grade of 'HH' in place of an expected '2'.
In the very early days, pencil grades were marked with letters in place of numbers. For example, a 6B pencil of such vintage would be marked BBBBBB, and a 4H pencil would be HHHH. :3
This card was not drawn via the featured pencil (which is unsharpened). It was drawn via a '590' Eberhard Faber pencil (which itself is very, very old).
