Together these are The Hex Girls: an 'eco-goth' band from 1999's 'Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost' (SdatWG) movie.

I'm horrid at drawing human faces (I mean, consider what I did to Timmy), so I drew what I saw on screen ...and still failed, but not as spectacularly than as if I had tried being more creative (personally, Im just glad I didn't miss Halloween---I woke up depressed and didn't think I could draw). ^^
Bear in mind, too, this was my absolute first attempt at these characters---what you're looking at IS my practice sketch! D:
Anyway...
SdatWG is a movie I've seen only part-way through. I'm unsure when I saw it, but I remember catching part of it on Cartoon Network (mid to late 2000's).
I have this movie on DVD ...I should probably watch it before it dry-rots. :p
The featured pencil is a pointy stick of chocolate wrapped in foil. ^^
I don't give out candy on Halloween, but if I did, this is the type of treat one'd get from me. :3
This candy was made by Fujiya Co of Japan (it seems to be called 'Choko Pencil').
Anyway, these come in packages of four, and include other goodies in the package, such as (what I guess is) a sticker and a game or maze printed on the peel-off label.
