Huh. Not surprising they got him a new face but were his eyes really that big a deal to replace them? o.O I'm assuming his vision wasn't impaired but I suppose with their level of tech it isn't that difficult.

Oh yeah I saw that. :3 I meant why replace his altered rather awesome looking red and yellow eyes? I don't think they gave any impression that his vision was impaired by them. But I suppose they were a constant reminder of his 'old life'.

Good to see a happy end for them. as abrupt as it was. perhaps a small bit in between of introducing him to the fixes to his body. But regardless. a nice end. with a fun bit of speculation.

Interesting how his eyes have been completely replaced, but I sense Wreck might have unintentionally introduced the idea given that his eyes, while functional, drew attention and might have been constantly sore... plus, why not feel better about yourself with a small change to your body?  Oh, and that muzzle, whether or not is'a prosthetic or an advanced cybernetic implant, is wonderful.

Looks like Rora got her father to join them too and about to introduce him to Zaggy!

His shirt is also a wonderful way of addressing his lingering gynophobia while being respectful of other people's needs, rather than just forcing him to be okay with close contact.  I love the air of acceptance, community and harmony that this page gives off.

The ending was a little abrupt, but going by the information that the last page was meant to be the chapter's close, it actually makes sense narratively, even if the "two years later" is a surprisingly happy extra epilogue.

As for what happened to Aileen... I almost think it doesn't matter - Zaggy is doing what he said he would, living life to the full, and his name is now all but cleared.  Aileen is not part of the city community by the looks of it, will not be allowed in if she's identified, and if she's got her own island mnansion, well, it must be awfully lonely on there if an Umineko no Naku Koro ni hasn't already happened!

So those odd things Zaggy and Rora are wearing, are those modesty patches, or do they not actually have anything there?  I know Zaggy had his genitals mutilated, and Rora I believe is transgender (if I understood earlier pages correctly), but I figured they'd be able to get their stuff fixed/changed.  You usually just do "Barbie nudity" in non-porn drawings, so if those patches weren't there, we wouldn't see anything, anyway, so their being there makes them seem significant.

Also, Rora has a suit and tie.  So, business job?  I wonder what.  Nice that she got her dad to come, too.

Finally, it seems the mayor has a traitor in their midst.  Oooohhhh.  Intrigue.

That's correct. Rora gave Zag her penis - they could have just cloned his, but she really wanted him to have it - and she got a clone of Wreck's vulva.

Very glad to see they are doing fine! I love that shirt he is wearing and that he has been completely healed! Of course with a scar but hey, at least his eyes and mouth are fine again! Also i love that how the people, even new ones trust him fully! A happy ending, with a big question with the last panel and the sentence in the description! I do would like to know what happened to her!
Just hope what she deserves. Deserves, not the overreaction from everybody else, maybe.
Although two questions are now in my head.
What is with the two's "private zones"? Did Zaggy got his from Rora and Rora got hers from somebody else?

Probably they did deactivated them so they were able to fix them but then they activated them again, yet now the nanites are recognizing the body-model he has now instead of the previous one. I mean let's be honest it would kinda suck if they can't be activated after his operation. But even if not, i am not mad. He has a new great life and that is all that matters.

well, that was sudden. i was hoping to see what happened after the last chapter, like idk, a montage explaining how Zaggy get better overtime, all this false accusation being explained and see how he was rejoined into a society and that.
tho this explains everything goes better after all, it leaves me so open to deduce what happened during all that time.

Not a bad bit of work with the chapter closing panels. I see that the experts managed a few fixes for Zaggy's issues, though I wonder how long it took for them to figure out a way to bypass his experimental medical nanites therapy to make his prosthetics possible? For his gynophobia, I have a suspicion that part of the therapy involves his ocular prosthetics processing female images into a null-gender pattern so he has fewer cues to trigger on while therapy helps him deal with reducing his panic response.

After reading all the suppositions and questions it's going to be interesting to see how this comic plays out over time. Thank you for drawing/writing it and sharing it with us all. And as for Zaggy's eyes i'd say they are contact lenses looking like his eyes were replaced to make them one version of accepted normal in the city.
