This is Paco from PBS's 'Maya and Miguel' (MaM) series.

Paco is the pet of the titular characters of MaM: a series I know 'of' but not much about. That said, I have seen a few episodes and am mostly unimpressed.

The featured pencil was bought as part of a lot from an eBayer in Cyprus. ...I've been unable to turn up anything about this Hardtmuth '531' model (that number belongs to a General's sketching pencil).

The barrel of the Hardtmuth '531' is round, and its core is of standard width (I was expecting this one to have a thick, dark core, but it does not).

The featured pencil is not sharpened and will remain that way. :3
